Automated machine calling a business number that does not belong to the person they are calling for.  Message states to call M Callahan and associates, operator doesn't care if its the presidents number, they will continue to call this number.  Will be filing a complaint with, BBB, Attorney General, and FCC.

This number was left on a voice mail message for me within the last 4 days. It originates from a local landline # that doesn't even belong to anyone. Anyway the message left was that because I had not returned their calls they had no choice but to take "the next step in resolving the issue, with or without my cooperation" but then she explained if me or my attorney would like to voluntarily handle this "case" to call back within 24 hours. Of course I never responded because the first time I got this message I looked up this number and another number that was left with it (both 800 #'s) and have found this all is a scam. I'm not doing anything until they send me something via postal mail - that is, IF they have anything to "charge" me with! SCAM!!

This is a collection agency for a pay day loan company.

We have been getting these calls for about 3 months.  They never refer to us by name and there is never an answer when we return the call.  Today they took it one step further with threats.  How can we get them to stop?

I keep getting calls on my cell and at work about being sued for bad check loss.  Nothing is mentioned about a payday loan or anything.

Collection agency for Payday Max - asked for something in writing the guy says oh sure while I'm at it i'll send a smoke signal too and hung up!  People be careful.

I received a voicemail from this 800 number that I could barely understand to whom it's for and who it is from.  They said it is about a personal information regarding driver's license, social security, or personal checking account.  The person they are looking for is not even me.

Got a message to call this number claiming that me or my attorney need to call within 48 hours. Something about writing bad checks. Funny thing I only write one check to pay the local water bill. Everything else is done online. Stupid people.

Stop calling our business landline.

Someone used my name as a reference, for a payday loan, Now some one from this number calls and leaves messages about how I am being prosecuted for bad check that I owe. My friend has already paid the payday loan. Definately a scam
