Call comes in as private about every day. I don't answer . Don't know who it is, is very annoying. Just hang up never leave a message.

They did leave a message it is a political call

Calls every day, never leaves message.  Very annoying.

The Caller ID only shows this caller as being TOLL-FREE-CALLER. However upon doing some research, my findings shows this caller as Life-Lock|Telemarketer. This caller calls at all hours of the night and day repeatedly. They never ever leave any message upon my answering machine. And if I try calling them back to request being put on their DO NOT CALL List, they never ever answer the call, so the phone just ring itself off the hook. I wish there was some way of blocking their calls forever and a day. But with them using a toll-free number, they are able to spoofed around my effects to block them.

Get you a panasonic phone that blocks 30 numbers. You block them yourself.

also, Verizon FIOS lets you block phone numbers. When they call the Panasonic, your phone will ring once, and the caller keeps hearing the ringing on and on. I don't know what happens with the Verizon block. I don't even see those numbers on my caller id so they must get blocked before they get to me. I see the Panasonic blocked calls on the id. I have both. 30 blocks does not seem to be enough but they do give up after awhile. Every so often, I delete all the blocked numbers and start over again with blocking the new ones.

Panasonic sells cordless phone systems available at many retailers. I bought mine from Sam's Club because it was the best value, about $100 with 4 or 5 handsets.  The system blocks 250 numbers.  I don't even think that you hear the ring, or at most one ring, and then the phone displays CALLER BLOCKED.  I don't know what they hear, and I don't care.
I actually bought two cordless systems, so I can black 500 numbers.  And very easy to use right on every handset.  Just review the call list, select SAVE and then it will ask whether the number should be saved to your phonebook or to CALL BLOCK.  Once and done.
I often get one ring, since the phone system that is blocking it doesn't ring, but the other system allows one ring.  And I must say, it blocks a half dozen calls a day.  It's a wonderful feature.

The phone number is attached to a group representing Citizens United which means it is probably
sponsored by the Koch Brother's Americans for Prosperity. This group outsourced jobs overseas
and rewarded corporations for taking American jobs overseas. They are responsible for selling
our democracy to the highest bidder. I can not get rid of them even when I asked them to stop.

I have asked this group that represents Citizens United to stop calling . They continue to call every day.
I actually called the number back and asked them to take me off their list. They obviously refused.
