receive calls from 877-253-3846 at least 3 times a day...no messages and the one time i answered there was no one there.  VERY annoying.

They call incessantly.  No Idea who it is.  I will not answer unidentified calls.

If you purchase a new vehicel with the XM radio option.  It is XM trying to open/renew a contract.  Jus thought that I would share what I found out today!!!... :o)

Several calls per day.  Very annoying.  No message is ever left.

At least 3 calls a day.  Had to buy a new phone with number blocking so it won't ring but the number still shows up 3 times a day as a missed call.  We need to put that SOB out of business.  If you can find em, I'll help smash that freaking dialer machine.

Soliciting for Multiple Sclerosis.  I listenened to the whole speil, answering "no" four times.  The caller was polite and at the end disclosed that they were a professional solicitor that receives a portion of the funds donated.

Bought a new car with XM Radio free for ?? days. NOT renewing the contract. They call 3 - 5 times a day EVERY day of the week.

i did just purchase a car with free XM. no plans to renew... and did get a voicemail with no message 4 days ago.

I keep getting a call from this outfit too.  Bought a new vehical too.  I'm on the caller no-call list.  What good is it?  It has no teeth anymore?  I think they can get a $10,000 fine for calling again if they call you and you tell them not to call again or they will get fined.  I think it's time for people to start using there options and start shutting these telemarketers down.  There used to be signs on the outshirts of small rural towns "No Peddlers Allowed".  Well today we have them inside our homes bending our ear.  Fine them.  What would you do if they broke into your home.  Huh ???  They already have.

I'm with Alec....I've been receiving these calls over and over.  I don't answer unknown calls so I let go to voicemail.  Well, they never leave a message.  And the one time I answer they didn't answer.  So why do they call?  If they want me to renew then they should at least respond when I did answer.

XM Radio...if you buy a new car from Chevy expect lots of stupid sales calls from people. They are "partners" and even if you are on the do not call list you will get these calls. When requesting to be taken off their list they are rude and do not take you off. If you call Chevy they dance around it and say it is not their issue. Funny how Toyota never did this.....

Same thing. They have called at least 20 times and never leave a message. My wife bought a car with XM and doesn't want to activate it. Our experience with XM on another car with horrible! Once you activate it takes an act of Congress to get them to stop billing you.

This number has dialed several times over the past week or so.

We, as so many on this message board have, purchased a new GM car with a free trial of XM Satellite Radio.  That could be the culprit.

Honestly, we've never used the XM (even for free) in the car and don't intend to.


As for the person who complained about the Do Not Call List...  once you have established a "relationship" with a company, they can contact you for 18 months.  You purchased a car with their product in it, thus, you have a relationship.  The only way to stop these calls is to actually answer them and hope that they get the message that you will take them to court if they call again after you tell them to cease calling and mailing you about their product.

I am getting the calls, around the clock, 7 days a week.  Do these idiots ever sleep.  I HAVE NOT purchased a car, and do not plan to, and I have no dealings with the XM stuff, and do not want any dealings with it.  No idea how they got my number to start with.  They will never leave a message, nor reply when I answer their calls.  I AM TIRED OF THIS MESS.  They even call on Sunday, about 5 minutes ago.  Not sure what to do, since they never reply when I answer for me to tell them to stop calling me.

Constant phone calls all times of the day and evening.   Asked them to stop but so far no luck.

Some days I get 3 calls but I always get atleast one call a day, no message is ever left. How do we stop this!!!!
