This number keeps showing up on my caller ID as unavailable. We called back to find out what they want and a very rude person finally identified themselves as Allied Interstate and wanted to know about some person unknown to me.  They have called previously on a different outgoing number and were told at that time to stop calling but ignored my request.

Received a call and they left a message to call, as it was important. The
number given was 877-253-9334, and showed up on caller id. With UNKNOWN
as to caller. Called and waited for 5 minutes for some one to come to phone,
while on hold, as there operators were handling calls and would get to me
asap. Not so, I hung up finally.

Odd. I never answer or call back numbers unless a message is left, but another writer said they did and the person answering identified themselves as representing Allied Interstate. It happens that I also got a letter today from this company, saying they have been retained to cover a debt of a whopping 47.78. of which 1.26 is interest. This, the letter says, is for home insurance temporarily purchased by my mortgage company on my behalf, in between a coverage changeover. The letter is VERY aggressive in nature, even though this is the first bill I have received from them, nor should it have come to me - my insurance is paid out of my mortgage.

It's too late today to look into this, but tomorrow morning I will be. Meanwhile, any company that calls, leaves no message and displays no name will never get a call back from me. I'd advise others to do the same - you do NOT owe anyone a call back just because they dialed your number, and chances are good that sooner or later you will be scammed. This company may have a legitimate issue with my mortgage company, but if they need to inform me, they are going about it very unprofessionally.

received numerous calls from this number.  They claimed to be from Allied Interstate.  I hang up on them everytime I receive a call from. them. These people are probably trying to scam people in some way or another.  I would know if I owe someone money or not.

This number has been calling me for about 2 weeks every day between 9 and 10 am. I never answer because I am usually sleeping since I work in the middle of the night. The voice mail is always the same automated message saying to please call allied interstate it's important that we speak to you. Well I have never heard of this company before and another thing I have only had this phone number for a month. Also I haven't given my number out to anyone except friends and family. So no business should be calling me with important information for me. If it were really important don't you think that it would be a person on the calling end to actually talk to the person. I don't know just seems like a scam to me. I have reported the number on donotcall.gov so we shall see what happens.
