Always after normal office hours and always a computer call. Never a real person.

I've gotten this call several times on a new cell phone. I finally called it back. A women answered and I asked what the establishment was. She said she needed my number which I provided. Then she asked my name. I said I wanted to know with whom I was speaking before providing a name. She said, "We can make this easy or hard. What's the name." I DIDN'T LIKE THIS ANSWER. I again asked with whom I was speaking and said I was calling a number back. She said, "You can give me the name or just enjoy the phone calls! Maybe it's a wrong number!!" I told her that she was being very rude and was promptly hung up on. Tried to call the number back several times to rip her a new one but it was busy and then UNCONNECTABLE!!!! Who are these friggen' people??????

I got this call from a very rude man who left a message to CALL ME AT THIS NUMBER!  I called it back and got a woman who wanted my phone number.  I asked her what the company was and she said Mercantile.  I asked her what kind of company was it and she wanted to know the man's name who left the message.  NO name...just the rude message.  She called some names out and I did not recognize any of them.  THEN she told me it was a collection agency.  We did not have anything going on like that and I hung up!

Very rude, unprofessional and shady.  Will call trying to collect debts from people who actually do not owe them and try to get personal information.  If you are not the person they are trying to contact, DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION!.  They will tell you they will remove your number from their call list but are only interested in collecting the debt so calls will usually continue once they make contact with someone, anyone at the number called.  Report them to your states Office of Consumer Affairs or Attorney General.

They called. I answered. And a recording said to call this number. I did. It put me on hold for twenty minutes. Then the hold music stopped but no one was on the phone with me. It was weird. I could hear people talking in the background but no one was talking to me, almost like when someone calls you accidentally. Eventually, I just hung up because I was yelling hello and they didn't hear me, I guess.

I keep getting these call from this number and they leave no message when the phone goes to voice mail they simply hang up.I have put there number in my data base as a telemarketer and it will now never ring throu it will go right to voice mail where it will be ignored just as they ignored my message to them.

i have gotten a call from this number 1t 5:15 every morning for the last 2 weeks.  it is clearly an automated system as the voice messages, when there are any, start with "between 8 & 5 pm eastern" at which point it ends.  these calls are making me violently angry.

A very unusual debt collector, as I owe some money as always. There is never a person, just an automated message telling you to call them back. Luckily I'll have that money paid in a week and I can stop ignoring these guys.

This is a bogus collection agency====they buy old out of statute debt and try to collect====that's why they call so many wrong numbers, all their contact info is old.....they are trying to find people and call any numbers they have...don't buy into this...even if it's you the debt is out of statute and they can not win in court so tell them to get off their lazy a** and get a real job!!!!! FYI credit cards and open loans have a 6 year statue where I live, after 6 years the statue of limitations has expired but they will threaten you if you do not know this....and
you would not be paying your original debtor,,,these bogus collection only pay pennies on the dollar to buy your old bill....

they called my phone left a voice msg saying that i owe money im only 18 wtf?! nd the voice msg was very low nd hard 2 hear

They keep calling, havent been able to call them back and when I do pick up.  its a recording.  I read other places where people say they ask for their bank information!  Dont give it!

Just don't answer the phone simple as that...

Got a call from this number with an automated message that I needed to call the number back to speak to a representative.

I called back and was connected to a nasty man who asked my phone number. Then he proceeded to tell me I owed PSE&G over $400 for service to my current address. PSE&G doesn't even service the state I live in. After informing him of that PSE&G did not service my state, he hung up on me.

this number keep calling me, when i pick up it was a machine asking if i am Larry O'connell if not that i have to hang up, because it was an important message for that person. after several call i stopped answing that number but they insist in calling me.

I received a call from this number and my daughter answered it when I was not home. The woman on the phone was very rude to my daughter telling her to hang up and when my daughter asked what company it was the woman said it was none of her concern. I am reporting this because it was very wrong of that woman to say that.

They keep calling for some guy that doesn't even live in our home!  I opted to be taken off the list but they call anyway.

This number keeps calling my office asking for someone who does not work here.  I told the rude woman there was nobody working here by that name.  She said "yeah right, just get him to the phone".   If this is a legitimate business, they have the wrong employees.

This machine keeps calling my home phone asking for Machine Y E L.  By  continuing to listen you acknowledge that you are Machine I G E L U at gmail Mano.  What kind of crazy name is that?  This machine won't stop calling and unfortunately my phone service will not let me block the call.
