    Received a call from David Thomas (610.298.1776) regarding my state and federal return requirements.  Asked to return his call at 877.255.6960.  I called them and the man who answered said they were an OSHA Safety Services company.  The name of the company is Safety Services Company.  I Googled them and there are numerous complaints and BBB who gave them a 2.9 out of 5 rating.
