THESE PEOPLE CALL EVERYDAY ON PAST DUE ACC THAT DON'T BELONG TO ME. THEIR MESSAGE SAYS ARS WHICH SOUNDS LIKE IRS. SOMEONE SHOULD STOP THIS HARRASMENT

These people call 2 or 3 times a day and don't leave a message.  Today when they called, I tried to give them the new phone number of the person they are trying to reach and Ms. Jones hung up on me!  I then called them back and told them to stop harrassing or I would bring litigation against them.  Don't know if it will help. But I will hire a lawyer if it doesn't stop!

At first it was called on my home phone and now it's on my cell phone which is privet number. This need to be stop!

These people are calling to collect on accounts that are bank charge-offs.  The delinquent accounts are already zeroed out when these people buy the accounts to collect for themselves.

These people rock---they offered me a settlement at 50%.

these people call me even on sunday i am an old lady and this acc is seven yr.s old i over payed them and now i live on ssi don.t get a goverment bail out just wont them too leave me alone i refuse too give them anymore money it also was a charge off .
