I receved this call a few times. My phone has a "block list" option, so I added this number to the list. There, no more problem.

I got a message from them that was about a "Personal Business Matter" and they provided a reference number so my guess is that it is a collection agency.

WHen I called it from a non-traceable number (Yahoo Messenger), I got a fast busy which means they are utilizing caller id to find out people's other contact info. THen I *67'd the number and it was a man putting you on hold, never mentioning the name of the company. Fer sure, it is a collection agency.

It is a debt collector. NCO is the name of the scum company.

Received several calls from this number for a debt, but never leave who the message is for, etc.  When I called the number the recording states NCO, Collections, etc. and places you on hold for the next available person.  LONG WAIT and there is dead silence.
