Collection agency

They keep calling and calling. Their message says to call 866-210-9498 if you are not the person that they are asking for.  I have spoken to them four times and each time they promise to take my phone number out of their records, but the calls haven't stopped.  The phone company is no help.   The company is Card Works LLC of Woodbury, NY. and they are a debt collecting agency

I work night shift and usually go to sleep around 7 am and it never fails they call me at 9 am on the dot every day.... And every time i answer they hang up... or if i call back they hang up

They call at least 8 or 9 times a day.  I do not answer my phone if I do not know who it is or if there is no identifyable name.  It just says a free call.  I have been confused with another person of my same name only it is a man who used to be in the Air Force.  I am not a man and have never been in the air force.

I keep getting calls from this number.  They start by saying, "If you are "W" press 1.  and then go on to suggest other numbers to presas.

Yes. They leave a message and say, "if you are W.(a bunch of jumbled letters like words got all mixed up)asuidhudfhdsfu.. then please press one. Sometimes they leave a message saying just "four" in a compouter woman's voice or something like "itch" in a mans computer voice. It's quite annoying. I can never get a hold of them when I call back or if I answer, it's always please hold for the next available representative. please hold for the next available representative. all of our representatives are still busy. Please continue to hold. all of our representatives are still busy. Please continue to hold. Then they hang up. Once I got a hold of them though,  but I got scared and hung up! I have never been able to reach them since. Once another person called and it was lady names Martha with a southern accent.. They thought I was Phillip E. Cadylmeyer.. It was so weird! She was like, "Are ya sure yur nawt Pheelup Ee Caddillmieyerr?" I was like no! "Do ya knoww him?" NO! "Are ya SUREE hunny?!" I AM SURE! It was odd. Oh people with no life.

Called four times just today asking for someone I don't even know.  They don't understand the concept of "NO"
