A debt collect company (MCW) based in NY alleging an unpaid online "payday" loan offering to settle the debt.  They had all my personal information...and I never took out a loan.  THey will ask you to confirm information and provide additional information.  BEWARE.  Typical debt collectors....RUDE.

Who is MCW? at this # 877-274-1450, can you give the full name I want to send them a certified letter. thanks

It's NCW which stands for National Credit Works.  When you take a loan, you are required to pay it back.  Crazy world.

I have gotten the same phone calls repeatedly.  I did not take out a loan, write a fraudulent check or any of the other alleged charges I am getting phone calls about.  I have no idea where these people got all of my information.  None of their claims show up on my credit report and none of the civil claims they have threatened to file in the past have been filed.  They are scam artists.  Do not confirm any of your personal information.

I got a call from this number on my cell phone telling me to have my attorney call them it was a legal matter and they are calling my cell phone.  Who is this?

When a bill comes in the mail, send payment.  Then you will stay out of collections.

They do not mess around with court filings.  If you owe them money, settle with them.  You'll be happy you did.  Once you're on a payment plan with NCW, they'll treat you like gold.

So, Dan, give me your address. I will send you a bill. Then you can pay me. I could use the money.
I PAY all bills that are MINE. I have NEVER had a bad debt. So, if you call me and tell me that I have a bad debt, I can just laugh you off.
That's how people should respond who know they don't owe these scam scums.

NCW is first party you loser!!!!!! They own the debt!!! So yes they can take you to court, perhaps some studying is in order for you

i get a call from this phone number  i don't know what this is about  something about a bounced check from national city bank. i don't even have that account . they are very rude

Just because my name is John Doe and your name is Jane Doe does not mean I know you or where you live, what you eat, and who you do. So when I say she doesn’t live here and never has and I have no way to contact her. You send me to another department to have my number removed but it don’t stop I continue to get these phone calls. So please STOP CALLING ME.
