yeah it just started this year, there is so many of them out there. I heard of a story of a woman who called the number, and gave a fake accnt #, and they said she owed 500$.   Its a scam, the OPP has warned people about Action Collections and NCN.   Be careful what you say on here "collection" agents troll these sites.

Where is this one coming from?  They phone at given time between 7 a.m. and 9:55p.m.
I stopped answering as no one is on the other end.

We're getting a recorded message at our shop on a daily basis that gives this number as a callback.  It claims to be from action collections & receivables management.  Gives some phoney name and account number.  Definitely Scam.

Got a call 8:30 pm , The name was someone we know of , they mentiones some 6 didgit number , said it was not a scam or tellmarketer, asked us to call back uggently, the person whos name they used lives  in sask, we live in ont, go figure. Said they were actions collections.

Keep getting calls from this number. They asked for someone who used to use this number.They have been informed the person is no longer at this number, but they keep calling anyway.
Identified the number as some collections for the person.
Obviously, not very professional, nor do they listen to the current people at the number.
Wish we could route all the calls back to their call center.

I just bought a new phone, and this number (877-274-7451 keeps calling me me everyday, to
collect money ?  I don't understand that as a new user, how come they come to call me to collect money!!  Strange, too many scam nowadays!  becareful with this type of number, you pay you answer, you get charged automatically when you answer

I got the same story as you mentioned.
It must be a scam! how come they this !  shall we report to the police or hire a lawyer to sue it!

Yes, I all of a sudden keep getting phone calls on my cell phone that I've had for about 1.5 yrs asking for some woman I have no idea who is. I don't answer because I do not reconize the number but they leave me voicemails (or better yet this woman). And they as well give some 6 digit account number.

These people keep calling for someone and when I tell them they don't live here they get rude and tell me they are not taking my number off the list because it was listed as an alternative contact number God only knows when. They have continually badgered me saying they are from Action Collections.
What's really funny is that the call starts out with a recording! They want to collect money and they are asking people to talk to prompts...ya right I bet alot of people don't answer and hang up.

These guys keep bothering me over and over.  It ended about 4-5 mos. ago and has started again.  They are looking to get info. on date of birth, etc.  Start by asking if your date of birth is such and such and will try to pull info. from there.  I have a feeling they won't be calling anymore as I told them I was reporting them to police and the BBB.  The guy sounded Jamaican and said his name was Mr. Ade.  The police suggest to ask for his supervisor's name, talk to that person and get his name.  If no results, you can go directly to police and file a harassment report.  Hopefully these calls will stop now......a total scam for money!!!

these guys keep calling my cell ALL the time; I don't answer as I don't want to get a "surpise" on my bill.  I just want them to stop calling!  Any suggestions how to get them to stop without answering?  They don't call my home #; only my cell.

They have been calling my house every day for about a month now.  I never used to answer the phone, but now I enjoy picking it up once in a while and then hanging up right away without saying anything, just for the fun of it.

I tried blocking the number from my phone, but I must not have done it right as it keeps showing up everyday.

It's very annoying for me.  But I feel bad if anyone is falling for this scam and giving them information/money.

Phoned for a ' Mino Cho.'  Nobody here by that name. Said it was a urgent that she call a number 1-855-824-0652.. Female calling. don't recognize. She said she was  Mr. Young calling about a account
number & to call back right away.

Phoned with the same message.

These people should be arrested for harassment. They will not leave a name. I refuse to answer such calls.

Funny thing is I've paid out to every collection company I ever owed as of 2 months ago and I have paid monthly to view equifax and transunion now to view my credit daily for over a year. Great thing I saw this.
