877-276-0948

For the past couple of weeks, we have been receiving calls from this number, 877-276-0948. They never leave a message, but call every day. We have an unlisted phone # and are on the Do Not Call list.  Reported this number last week to the Fedss

They have been calling numerous times per day, for weeks. Today they had already called 3 times by noon. They don't leave messages.
Can someone post the appropriate avenue and agency for reporting these calls? I'd love to take action.

Just got a second call from the number in two days.  Its Charter communications (or a call center acting for them).

If you call Charter directly (1-888-GETCHARTER), they'll shut off the calls for you. Just ask to be put on 'Privacy.' If you call the number back and ask to be turned off, they tell you they'll take away all of the promotions you might want in the future, too.

Its Charter Cable/Communications, prolly trying to sell u more stuff. Its really annoying if they call and dont leave u a msg. At least leave a d#mn msg!!! Makes me hate their phone call even more! I saved the number to my cell in case they bother me again!

@ Mark : thanks, I didn't know this was Charter.  I will give them a call directly & see if that helps.

Thanks for this site. I didn't know who the heck this was. I just now called charter and had my number put on full privacy. What I don't get is all it does is dial your phone and annoy their customers.
It's a errant script gone wonky. Where is the tech that set this up. Don't they monitor these things.

They have called before.  I have asked them to stop before.  They keep calling.  1-877-276-0948.  From other posts here, I assume the company is Charter.

I too have gotten a call everyday a couple times a day from this frigging number.  I'm also having some major issues with Charter, like they lost one of my checks, and they have shut off my service and call me everyday and send me letters everyday threating to shut off my services. So I went to the bank and got a copy of every months check and they won't except that.  I have to sit around with my thumb up my ass waiting for them to fix the frigging problem and its been 5 months now...... I'm so angry I'm glad I know now who is calling me.  Thank you everyone for the info!!
