This is "BYL Collection Services LLC" out of PA.

I've been receiving voicemail messages for months now from BYL Collection Services. The call is not for anyone I know (or any previous residents for that matter).  The call is for Adam (middle name and last name are garbled).  The message states that to hang up if I am not Adam - but if I continue to stay on the line I am acknowledging that I am Adam.  The message goes on to say that Adam needs to call right away to pay off a debt.  It is obvious to me that this is a scam -- if they were trying to collect a debt (after many months of messages) they would look up my phone number somewhere and see that the number doesn't belong to the Adam they are leaving this message for.  Since it is really starting to annoy me now -- I started to research the phone number today -- which lead me here.  I thought I'd post my experience just in case someone out there is getting the same type of messages.

This number keeps calling when you try to reply you get disconnected. How to make it stop.
