WHO is this number

This phone number is supposedly a "pre-legal" company named Henderson, Weinstein and Wein.  Diane Abrams will sound exceedly angry, rude, and pushy - threatening.  She will tell you that there is some legal document in your county clerk's office that you need to attend to immediately.  Please let the police in your area know about this call.  There is no docket, do not send money, do not panic.  It is a scam.  When confronted by me, she hung up on me.  A law firm would NEVER do that.  I called our court system and repeated the docket number that she had left me, there is no such docket number in our system.  Please let others know that this is happening.  I keep thinking that if my elder mother received this phone message she would have sent out the check, to the P.O. box no less!

That is correct.  You have my name, my company's name and the purpose of my call correct.  However, what you fail to disclose is the purpose of my call.  Perhaps that would lead to quite an embarrassment for yourself--be it such people such as yourself ever having any intention on paying your bills.  Perhaps, and Thank You to George W Bush's Freedom Of Information Act--You, my dear, should be properly exposed as to your financial health and history.  

That would be the first and foremost red flag as to which financial institutions extend their products and services to you.  Seeing that you could not procure a traditional loan through a financial institution--primarily because:  1). Your credit score is so low that it is probably in the negative due to current outstanding debts;  2). You no longer hold a legitimate checking/savings account because no bank will deal with you due to RDCI return codes such as RO1 meaning NSF, an R02--the consumer--meaning YOU-- closed the account after funds were received--basically taking the money and running, or worse yet an R16--your account has been frozen by either your financial institution or via legal order; 3). Your credit history has been long since buried; 4). You are known for your previous and probable defaults on existing loans or credit card debt; 5). Current or Previous Wage Garnishments that force your employer to deduct the necessary percentage of disposable income according to state law because you fail to make payment arrangements on your behalf.  

And YOU have the gall to complain??

You are a thief by any sense of the word.  A deadbeat who wants something--for nothing.

I  WAS CONTACTED BY THIS SAME PERSON DIANE FROM HENDERSON WEISTEIN AND ALSO MY EMPLOYER WAS CONTACTED AND IT UPSET MY EMPLYER. THE LADY TOLD HER THAT SHE HAD A PAPER THAT SHE NEEDED TO COME OUT AND SERVE ME WITH REGUARDING A PYDAY LOAN. SHE SCARED ME SO BAD I SET UP A TIME FOR HER TO TAKE THE FUNDS OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. DID I DO WRONG?

If they could not send you  written documentation of this claim you are by no means legally obligated to pay a date over the phone. But by no means are you obligate to provide any personal information especially not bank account, ssn, address phone numbers unless you choose to (but a a very high risk for further harrassment). I would reach out to an attorney, the FDCPA , FCC and the FBI!

To all of you that received calls from these people threatening you, Don't Worry they are a SCAM!!!!! They also call from 585-645-0061 and 585-645-0067 and some of their names are LINSAY CLARK, JOHN WASHINGTON, SHERRY WHITMAN, AND LISA GRAMHAM, who is the one that called me. These other people can tell you all they want that they settled debts with them and if they did, then they are crazy!  Lisa called threatening me about my husband supposedly having a debt thru a payday loan company, CASHNETUSA.COM! Well after I checked into the info she gave me, which right from the beginning didn't make sense as the bank she said, he never had an account thru and some of the other info didn't match up either. I called cashnetusa.com and they don't even deal with Henderson, Weinstein, Wyatt, & Associates. In fact, they said they don't even go legal if people don't pay them. They told me to report them to everyone I could and they sent me documents to fill out, so they could file a report about them using their company name. Lisa Gramham was a straight up B****!!!! The second time I spoke with her, she very so rude and ignorant to the point she was talking down about me, my husband, and my babies. She's lucky she was on the other side of the phone because you don't mess with my family. After I proved to her all the information was false, she still told me she was taking further action. The bank verified the info and the bank account # she gave me was never even an account and it didn't have enough numbers. I asked her to mail me documents and she refused. She was ignorant the whole time. After I reported them, I called her back and said never to call me again and she told me she would call everyday just to do it. I was so mad when I hung up. Don't fall for this scam!!!!

I received a voice mail from Sherry Whitman from this number on my work phone while I was on vacation. The case #314201-1188 and it NOT mine. Please do not call me again.

Please be advised everyone that Lisa Graham and her so-called associates are in real legal trouble.  They are calling from 585-645-0061 and a 1-877 number.  The 585 number is a cell phone out of Monroe County, Webster NY.  The return number of 1-877 is not a real number.  The address and name of an attorney's office is bogus as well - it the address of a local UPS store.  The Monroe County sheriff's office is aware of this and they are working on pinning this lady and her friends down.  The NY State Attorney General's office has been contacted as well as the FBI.  This is a direct scam to obtain YOUR and mine personal identifiable information-aka identity theft.  This lady Lisa Graham may not be her real name.  She has called my family from different states and has even said she has spoken to even ones that are not  connected with our family any longer - "we know everything there is to know about you and we're out to get you."  Communicating threats and wire fraud here folks - not to mention the multiple threats and attempts of identity theft.  The court document numbers she gives out for our/your county courthouses are non-existent.  Call your local courthouse and verify this - She couldn't even pronounce our county's courthouse name correctly - she is very rude and pushy and all she/they care about is to get you all riled up over nothing -we have called our county courthouse to verify such a docket number -it's  non-existent.she even went as far to say "we know about your bank and how you do your business - she threatened my son's life - she threatened my stepchild,  she called my husband - we have recorded her phone calls and she will be dealt with severely - do not answer the phone or block it if you can 585-645-0061 AND her 1-877 number -

Yes these idoiots mrs.wright and leon martin ate threating to take my huaband to court mr. martin gave a webstite to check on but still dont believe im going to my local pd office

Our family received a call from this number (Diane) today.   I have already turned her name and number over to our attourney. I will let him call Diane and see what line of junk he gets.
