    I got a call from a woman saying she represented Visa and Master Card Services and that they wanted to lower my interest rate.  I gave her my card number; a few minutes later I got a call from "Adam Clark"
    who gave his number as 1-888-826-1162 (I have filed a report for this latter number as well).  It is a scam.
