I could hardly understand the person on the other line-foreign- I had to keep saying what? I think they were looking for my son but couldn't even pronounce his simple name.

I am so tired of calls from collectors that do not even have a person. If they want to talk to me they can have a person call. this is a recording of a person "this call is reguarding a personal business matter..." no name of who they want etc. just asking to call them back. I have call block on my phone, i blocked it.

I don't answer my phone to numbers i don't know, and this number always calls (every monday- wednesday) and never leaves a message. If someone wanted to get in touch with me that badly they would leave a message.

I owe nothing to anyone they leave 3 messages a day to return their call. I think they are a scam collection agency. Also who is stupid enough to call them back. That could be one of those freeky companys where you get a $500 charge on your next phone bill. They never even say who they are. they just leave their number witha computerized voice telling you to return their call regard an important matter.

That’s illegal and you will end you up in court. Imagine being able to invoice your cable company 100 per hour for keeping you on hold, or better yet your Dr. for making you wait in there office. This is just another urban legend made up by some moron.

No there not. There are 7 National Managements operating in the United States. Make sure you hav ethe right one your will get sued fast.

They are the most professional agency I have ever worked with. My agent helped me get over some pretty tough times.

You must have the wrong agency and have them confused with another center that you owe money too. When I explaind my situation to thme about loosing my husband to cancer, not only did the get teh insurance company involved , but took care of the whold mess for me.
