Just received a call from this number for a company.  By the time I received the call it just says the number and that I have until 10:05 a.m. tomorrow to respond with a file number.   I received this call yesterday at work also.

I too get the same message to call this number before 10:05 am.  The number is 877-298-5733 and claim to be what sounds like " Berfer Financial Debt Recovery Limited" and the call is for what sounds like a person called " Nola Belion" (not sure how to spell it, but that's what it sounds like).  I get this call as often as 4 times a week.  This has been going on for almost 8 months now....I never answer it.  They say I am to phone back and refer to case number 1258739 every time.  The call is always automated with a womans voice and she is very demanding that we call them to avoid further action and then goes on to say that her office has made numerous attempts to contact "nolo belion".  Really quite annoying.....sure sounds like a scam of some sort for sure.

I have been getting the exact same call for the past several months asking for someone named Nicholas Anastis (or similar). I had received other wrongs numbers for the same person but when I answered and told them such, the calls stopped, this is the only one that hasn't and they seem to call every day. I don't care if they are trying to scam me, I just want them to stop calling me!

Got a Recording (Female) Voice) asking for Some Name that I Never heard of before.

"This is an important Phone Call from Mr. River (or something like that) at Financial Debt Recovery Ltd.  My Staff has made numerous attempts

to contact you regarding an unresolved business matter without success. You are Required to Contact our office at 877-366-8145 quoting a File

Number, by 10:05 am Tomorrow to avoid further action.


This is Very Bold...... I thought that we as Humans were FREE to do what we like?  When did it become a Law to have a Recorded Voice telling

you that "YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CALL OUR OFFICE BY 10:05 am the NEXT DAY???????

Nobody needs to Comply with this Crap!!!!

FDR are bottom feeders. They buy old debt and try to collect it even when the time has run out. Check out the Federal Limitations Act. Never speak to these scumbuckets.
You got a robo call from "Mr. Burfor" (or Berfer, or Burford). "Burfor" sounds like the noise you make when you are about to puke.

LOL!!!!!!! time doesnt run out you loser when you borrow money u are legally obligated to pay it back  you guys are all bottom feeders that try to weasle out of paying back the money you owe and spend all day trying to find a way out of it if u put half as much effort into paying it back youd be debt free by now
