Got a call from Tim Huffman with HPC or HP and Associates.  Stated that I was due in court today, 11/15/11 or I could settle the matter with a payment plan.  I told him that was the first I had heard about this.  He gave me until close of business today to make a down payment.

what did you do i got a smilar call today except he was going to charge me with check fraudde and they are are sending out a federal warrent

ya i got a check fraud thing today as well. its all fake they called me a few months ago on something else. apparently i'm going to be arrested today....

They cannot issue a "Federal Warrant" as a "Collection Agency".  They don't have the authority to do that.  Everyone needs to be well versed in the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collections Practices Act).  If they are telling you they have a warrant out for your arrest, it is false and they are in violation of the FDCPA.  They cannot threaten you.  They also cannot leave threatening messages on your voice mail, nor disclose any information to a 3rd party.  You can search for an FDCPA attorney in your area and I am sure they will be more than willing to help you file a lawsuite against the company and also the collector that is threatening you.

got a phone today from a melissa park- stating there was a document in her office regards to me and that i needed to call her back by end of the day. first of all, i have never received anything in the mail and i am taking care of debts.

they did the same ting to me, so i took it a step further, after all the rude comments and them calling back just to hang up and harrase me at work, i desided to call them over and over again, they will not give you an adress or fax number nor will they fax you any info, just want your personal info. i found there fax number online and faxed them all thier information back, about the 100th call back to them, threatening me about harrasment, they said they would no longer call me if i stopped harrasing them.. touche lol i thing everyone should repeat call them and fax them unwanted info they dont need. just so they know how we feel with all of thier false threats. here is there fax. fax number for HPC.(904 418 5051) 3. HPC Attorneys at Law called my wife at work. Threaten to put a warrant for her arrest!! That pissed me off cuz they got her very scarred and worried. I called them back and asked for a location. Not to my surprised, they would NOT give me one. They had her social security number which worries me. There's no telling what these people are capable of doing. I'm calling the FDCPA right now to report the harassment. Also, some one just called my home number from a cell phone #. 912-467-1003. From ST. Marys Ga. Saying Mr. ###### can you please call me back at this number. Oh I'll call aright!! Just as soon as I get off the phone with the FDCPA!!! Good luck everyone!! Don't fall for their bull crap!!!

They left a voicemail and ask for someone that doesn't live in my home.  The continued to claim they wanted their side of the story about a SERIOUS allegation against them.  Then said they should call this number and "good luck."  What in the world?

Someone named Eric Barksdale just called me from this number today also. He's a gentleman who spoke with a very "ebonic" type of accent, and was very difficult to understand. He said something very quickly about calling from the offices of HPC Processing division about "a matter I may or may not be aware of" and that I "needed to call immediately" so he could "advise and prepare you for what's next". His last two words where an ominous sounding "good luck". It made me laugh. He gave me a call back number of 904-418-5044. What a freaking tool.

My co-worker recieved a call today from the same Company or Same ## The call was actually for me however they asked her to take a message and stated they have a documented claim and it is important that I call back today. First I don't even know this Co and secondly if this was a legitiment Company they should know that all personal information should not be relayed. Some one needs to stop this Company from getting personal infomation.

Call 1-888-545-1954 for a attorney to help you with this at no cost to you, they just take a portion of what you get, my attorney told me this is an illegal company operating that steals your information from payday loan companies and other companies and tries to get you to pay a debt you may not even owe. So to get them out of business turn them into your states attorney general so they go away, by just ignoring them will allow them to continue to harass other people and just think how many people a day fall for there scam by thinking they will go to jail if they dont pay!!! You will not be arrested or have a warrant put out on you people!!! You can verify this by calling your states attorney general!!! Shut them down!!

I get several different calls from different numbers, but are the same people looking for Holly somebody, that person does not exist to my cell phone number, nor am I related to whoever this is.  I do not know how or why that keep calling?  Or why they think this person may be at my cell phone number.  I have told them and told them, and they all say "Oh sorry we will take your number off the list or something"  BUT they have NOT!!  I told one of the guys, why dont you google her name and find out what her real number is???? UGH!
