They called about a court summons? I didn't have to appear........

They left a voicemail saying they were calling regarding suspicious activity on C.R.'s account and that my name came up as a contact or relative. Also said it was important that they hear back from me soon, that their "plaintiff" was ready to press charges. They gave phone # & a case #.
I do have a relative with that name. He is a police officer who was in the military for 8 years. After joining the military he has been plagued with identity theft & collection calls that are not his. His identity has been used by at least 5 different people. He himself has never written a check, taken out a loan(payday or otherwise), or been late with a single bill(that was really his!).  
Ever tried to tell a bill collector that's your name, but that's not your bill? Hopeless.
The caller did not identify himself, nor the company he was calling from. Repeated used the phrases "our plaintiff" & "necessary legal action" though.

This number texted my 96 year old grandmother at 9pm. Her named was Tracy Smith and she said she was conducting an investigation about my husband and if she knew her wearabouts then give her a call back. No answer or reply back. No clue what it could be about

A man named "Dee Garrett" or something left a voicemail on my phone with this number, calling me Mrs. Manowski or something like that. I have no idea who this is. He told me that he's ready to press legal charges and that i'm going to go to court and i should contact my plaintiff. Apparently he's trying to find my whereabouts. Hm, i have no clue.
