Dear Charter : You are pissing me off.

"Jeremy" from Charter Communications 12:21 PM 5/11/2010.  I informed him that I have contacted the Charter webpage and requested not to be contacted anymore.

I have been a customer of Charter Cable for 8 years now......I love my package I pay for...... what I don't like is the fact that the first time this number called me I told them I was not interested in getting my phone through Charter and I would call Charter myself if and when I wanted to make changes, I told them I was not going to do business with a phone number that reads Unknown caller.......
THEY STILL CALL ME ALL THE TIME...........STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same here - about 3:30 everyday.  Don't they EVER give up??? Geeezzzzz!

If this is indeed Charter I want you to stop calling me all the time. I've had your service--tv and internet-- for about 2 months. I don't want to upgrade or get a phone. I want to be left alone.
