877-314-2328

Some lady called me from the number (704) 440-4074 and left a voice mail saying that I have been "officially" notified that I have charges pending against me. I was to call 877-314-2328 to discuss options. I call the 877 number and got a company named "world wide" and some shady guy answered the phone. He didn't seem to realize that I was on the phone for at least 15 seconds. I got tired of waiting so I said hello. I asked for a website or more information about "World Wide" and he replied (after a awkward pause) that we don't have a website because we deal with sensitive information. Claimed I had a loan with a company I have never heard of and said that I would have to appear in court. Papers were going to be served to me at home and at work. What a load of BULL. This company is a scam!!!

I got a call today from 614-416-8817. and was told about a being offically notified. They told me to call the same number 877-314-2328. I called and I spoke with someone named Denise. She said that this was a case from Home Choice on Fraud Charges. She said it was from May 2010. We were like ? and the item in question was stolen and that we had nothing to do with it.. That the charge was $410.50 and that they would reduce it to 200.00 and that this was fraud. They even called my mother in law who is in her 70's. I am like please don't call her Oh we will take her off the list. It is a total Scam!!!

They helped me take care of some stuff

No one from this place or phone number ever helped you. If they did anything for you, they helped themselves illegally to your bank account. These places are SCAMMERS!! Nothing but scammers!! NO ONE goes to jail for not paying a debt EVER. Debtors prison went away back in the 1800's. If anyone EVER calls you and says they are calling to locate to serve you, have paperwork being downloaded  to your county, anything similar referring to anything having to do with jail or arrest HANG UP immediately!! Your info was sold and you are being scammed!!

Just received a call from this same phone 704-440-4074...someone named Brian.....telling me papers were dropped off and the envelope is sealed and to call 877-314-2328.  KNOW YOUR RIGHTS.....you cannot be arrested for failure to pay a debt!  Report this to your local authorities, the Attorney General's Office, the BBB...whoever you can get to listen!  IF YOU OWE A LEGITIMATE debt.....the consumer has to give you something in writing....Prime Example:  if you owe a medical bill...you get a bill in writing...if you don't pay and they send it to a collection agency, you STILL GET SOMETHING IN WRITING......If a caller cannot give you pertinent information about what they are calling about.........ITS A SCAM!  Don't buy into it.  Contact an attorney for a free consultation to understand the laws for debts and the legal way to do things.  DON'T BE A VICTIM!
