This is NOT Ford Credit but a company that makes money from them if they do the inspection. Just turn your car into the dealer when it is done. Do not use them and if you ignore they just keep calling and calling almost daily. The only get paid from Ford if they do the inspection.

Legit company that Ford sends out to do a pre turn in inspection to give you time to fix anything that you could be charged for. If you just turn it in, you I get to pay for any damage they feel is neccessary. If not prior scheduled Ford credit sends them a list of who is within 30-60 days of lease end to schedule.
