very frustrating calls and annoying

I got a call from these ppl and their "supposed" process servers.  The 1st person to call was Max Day.  He said he would be here last week and still hasn't shown up.  I did call the  company "Global" and spoke with several ppl before getting to my case worker, Courtney Warner.  To which I was threatened and said if I didn't make arrangements, then I would be charged with fraud and intent to deceit (something like that).  I asked for a debt validation letter.  I was informed by them that they don't have to give me a debt validation letter, because they are the litigation department.  My chances of getting a debt validation letter was over.  I said per the law, I am entitled to a letter stating who I owe and when the debt was taken out.  She once again said I'm not entittled to anything, but I would get a letter once the debt was paid off.  They would send it to me via email.  I told her well until I receive the letter, you won't be getting any money.  She said we have you on recording admitting to the charges.  I said no you don't.  On Saturday, I got a call from Gina Wells (on a local number) saying that she was to serve me with papers within the hour.  I asked her where she was located.  She said you don't need to be concerned with that.  You need to be concerned that I will be serving you in the hour.  I said well I am just curious as to where you are so I will know how long it will take you to get here.  So where are you located.  She said if I tell you then that gives you time to leave.  I am located where you are.  I said and where would that be?  She said I have to look thru the papers to see what address I will be serving the papers at.  I started laughing.  You would think she would at least know what city/state she was going too.  She said I had to call Global at a number with a claim number within the hour.  She got really frustrated.  She called me back in an hr to say that this was my final warning.  I needed to call 877-320-3287 or she would be out to serve me with papers in an hr.  Here it is Tuesday.  No papers.
