this agency uses various phone #'s to call from. my number is listed under a pseudonym to avoid paying unlisted charges.

under my caller ID it is listed a N Lend Grroup,  no furthur information available.  They dont leave a message when they call.....

Got this one today also,  came up listed under Caller ID as N LEND GRP.  Started to leave a message and then they cut themselves off.  First time for this one I do believe.....

I have been called by this number to my cell phone before, just called me again.  They are debt collector scammers who are looking for working cell numbers.  Then, THEY can do a search, find out who you are, then proceed to send you notices of supposed debt you owe.  If it gets this far, it's hard to correct.  Best advise is to NOT answer these unknown callers from the beginning, and NEVER call them back.  They are criminals, often overseas, and don't care about US laws.

See my previous post.  I just got called again from this number, it's been about a month since last one.  In between, I got calls from other numbers/scammers.  FYI:  I finally learned how to block individual numbers from an  I-phone:  First, update your software to the latest.  Second, go to Contacts:  You must add a new contact, which MUST  include a name (E.G. Scam A), then the number.  Then go to Settings>>Phone>>Call block.  A screen will come up from contacts:  select Scam A, then Block this number.  It has worked for me, and now I'll do it with this number.  WORD OF CAUTION:  If you delete the unwanted contact, you'll delete the block also.
