Ex father in law of my deceased daughter got a call from these people, stating they were calling about outstanding hospital bills.  Probate was over and closed 6 months ago.  They are very rude and heartless. Hope BBB catches them!  FRAUDULANT!!

Same thing, got a call after my sister passed.  They were a collection agency for a hospital in Florida.  They weren't rude, just informed me they would have a claim on her estate.  

Called wanting to know who was handling my brothers estate, I asked who they were and they said collection agency, I told them I would have an attorney call them, my brother did not live at this house with this phone number, they called. My father's home number.  I will not answer any other calls from this number

Called wanting to know who was responsible for my late Wife's estate. I was informed that they were a collection agency. Even after I informed them that we had nothing to discuss, they insisted on continuing the conversation to "update their files." I will no longer answer calls from this number.

So glad I checked out the number. A woman just called at 8am. Wanted to talk to person handling estate for my husband who died 5weeks ago.  I wouldn't give her an answer. Now I know what they say. Thanks for taking the time to post about these vultures

I just received a message asking who was handling the estate for final affairs for my Mother. She died 15 mos. ago.  I didn't pick up.

She left a message.  No company name, but wanted to know who was in charge of my Mom's estate.  She died 6 weeks ago.

Vultures to carrion.

Got a message on answering machine asking for the deceased person. Will not answer, think when they I will countersue.

Got a message from Jackie Olson from this number asking for person handling the estate or final affairs for my mother who died nine weeks ago.  Call came in on my father's phone, who died two weeks ago.

I received a voice mail message at 8:02 AM from Ashley calling saying that she was looking for the person handling the final affairs of my mother who had died 3 weeks ago without leaving a company name. The number was listed Thank you for everyone that posted about this number.

Why aren't these people stopped. I gave them no information about my deceased love one, then blocked their number. I also got a letter. Vultures like this should be stopped.

Got a call from someone named Ashley. She wanted to speak to who was in charge of deceased childs affairs. He had nothing. Can't get blood from a turnip & you can't get money from a dead man... he's only been gone about 2 months.
Thinking of getting an attorney & sueing for mental anguish & harrassment. People like this are the lowest of the low!

My mother received a call from this number regarding MY late father in-law. Very suspicious. Saying they were lawyers calling about his unclaimed property. Hope someone catches them!

Called and asked about father in laws bills and who was in charge. Mind you he passed away 2 months ago, When I asked who they were,  they wouldn't let me know and I hung up.

This company has called me numerous times and sent me letters stating who they are and what they want. They are looking for someone for my late wife who passed 10 months ago and I tried to talk to her debtors a month after she had passed and just keep making payments as my wife did while she was alive but they said no that it had to go into a deceased account and I left it at that. I had to probate everything even though she didn't have a Will because I travel alot and she was out of town with me for one of the times I was out of town working and we talked about getting our Wills done when we made it back home and when the job was done I was working on we came back home and that's what we were going to do. She died the day we were supposed to meet the lawyer and these people started calling a couple of months later wanting me to pay money for a hospital bill that was hers and I didn't know anything about. I told them the will had been probated and all accounts that I was aware of had been settled and this bill wasn't on the list because neither I or my lawyer didn't know about it and it's not my responsibility anymore. They keep calling and sending letters but I can't hear or see them so they can continue to do their thing but deaf ears and blind eyes can't help them. They should have talked to me when i wanted to talk!!!!!!!!!!

Family received similar.  These people prey on the widows/widowers and elderly.  Please report them to your state attorney general's office.
