I've gotten four calls from this number in the last two days.  No message is ever left.

I get at least two or three calls a day from this number, do not call list has not helped on this one!

several calls a day. i guess the no call list didnt provide enough money for the thieving politicians so they dropped it.

We are Frontier Communications Promotions Department calling Old Verizon Customers and letting them know we have switched their provider. If you call us back at the number, we are happy to assist you.

We apologize if no one came to the phone, we call from an auto dialer, and it finds an available agent when you pick up.

Actually, we are. We are one of four promotional departments hired by Frontier to inform our customers of the rates and services that Frontier has to offer. We're sure we can help you as a Frontier customer, but if you wish to not be called by your *current* telephone company, please let us know when we call to take you off of our lists.

Since it seems Frontier monitors this, you need to know two things.

1.  I don't answer any calls unless I know the number or name.

2.  I have been waiting to go wireless since we don't use the phone anymore anyway.  I can get an extra cell phone on my plan for 9.95 a month for a home phone, which is a lot cheaper than even the basic rate on Frontier.  One more call and I guarantee I will ditch Frontier.

I have a message on my machine right now that is simply heavy breathing from this number.  This call was made at 10:28 on Saturday, Aug. 13.

This number called 5 times between 6:39 and 6:45......while we were eating supper!  I finally answered and it was Victoria from Frontier.  Told her we wanted them to stop calling!!  We'll see what happens!

The problem with this is "Unknown Name" shows up instead of a legitimate business. If this company has been hire by Frontier, we should all let Frontier know it's not a good method to hire an outside agency to call customers at all hours of the day.

I just received a call from this number @ 3:18 pm. Toll Free Call. My suggestion would be to leave a message with a number to call back if I want more information about my phone service. Otherwise quit calling me and bothering me. If I felt like talking to telemarketers I wouldn't have all my phones listed on the do not call list.

receiving calls from this number daily!!!!!  finally when I picked up phone they disconnected.  This is uncalled for and am on 'no call' list.................so what is the purpose.

I've gotten around 6 calls in the last 2 days from 8773281243. So, if it is indeed Frontier and they are reading this....STOP RIGHT NOW!!! Do you really think this is a good business strategy!?! Alienation and hostility never makes for a happy customer.

They are calling us several times every day, but always disconnect when we pick up.  A nuisance this bad can't be Frontier, can it?  Maybe a competitor hoping we'll switch.  This HAS to be a violation of the do not call list.

If so, then why is Frontier calling to inform me of the switch, when I'm already a Frontier subscriber?
I don not answer calls unless I can see who is calling--I either zap them with an anti-solicitation device or I ignore the call.
