What they're doing is illegal.  They've called here at work many times looking for various associates, claiming they have paperwork that needs to be filled out by the associate's manager and submitted to the county police department, which is bull.  What they're doing is harassment, trying to intimidate people, and it's against the Fair Debt Reporting Act.  These associates have asked *repeatedly* for proof of the debt, in writing, and *not one* has ever gotten it.  These bottom feeders think by bullying people that folks will just pay the money to get rid of the hassle.  They are low-lifes, end of story.

I received a call about a payday loan i opend in 2007 that was not paid, marie dedeaux called my supervisor and left information for me to call her back when i called back she said they were the fraud office saying that i used a man social to get the loan but i know i didn't there are two numbers different but when doing a payday loan i had to seen a copy of my ss,dl and a copy of my check stub all with my soicial the payday loan could have composed the numbers wrong but they are telling me that if they contact the people over my company i will loose my job. if anybody read this that can tell me anything please post it i will be reading the posts.

They called my parents about a fraud file and said they were going to release it someone .  They didnt say anything else.  about it.  I think I am going to report them does anyone know who I should report this too?

I have a complaint against this company with the BBB and Florida Department of Financial Regulations.  They are using scare tactics to have people pay past due loans.  They cannot arrest you for not paying a debt.  Do not send them any money.  They can never provide written proof of what you owe.  They are just a collection agency.  I know it's scary because they did it to me, but I found out that it's a scam to get people to call.  They have been sued because of their collection activities.

contact the federal trade commission, i contacted them but unfortunenatly they said that since i already paid the debt there is nothein else to do unless they contac me again.  877-382-4357

good to know but i paid them this morning they threatened to send the information to my job since i took the loan out on my work computer that i violated some law at work i don't know i was scared so i borrowed the money over the weekend and paid them this morning.

they harassed my family and our occupations stating that they were in the process of a lawsuit,getting us arrested for a payday loan!!!!!when we asked the name of their "firm"they said that we were not educated enough to ask that question...and when we told them that by law they had to send a legal document of notification ...they said we were not educated enough to ask or receive that information!!!so now they can sit and wait for the FTC to find them and the scam artist they work for!!!!thank u for the illegal,unethical,misconduct you portrayed and when you are held accountable for putting my families health ,occupational status, and mental stability at risk it will be a great day!!!!!

I had an account with them and they helped me out alot. Wether they're a collection agency or law firm, I know i didnt pay the loan back so paying them to clear my credit wasnt such a bad thing. All collection agencies are annoying and no one ever wants to take responsiblity and pay their debt which is why they call. Theyre doing their job. Other ppl should do theirs by taking care of their business.

Received a call from 877-333-0713. Male identified himself as Albert Oliver........the basketball player?
This person wanted to speak to my son and said he was the "lead investigator in an ongoing case". I know my son did not give our phone number to anyone as I am very ill. My son does not live with us. Also,  I am not sure they are trying to reach him or another person with the same name, as he has a very common name for this area.  My husband has answered the phone to these people many times and told them that they are mistaken and not to call back because of my illness but the calls continue.I have had this number for more than 20 years and would be very inconvenienced to change it because of these calls.

I just received a call from a Albert Oliver, stating they are getting ready to send my case to fraud, and how I needed to have my lawyer contact them or I needed someone to represent me in in case. I know I did a payday loan oline some 6yrs ago, and the situation was, they pulled money out off my account. Well pulled money out of my account whenever I they wanted too, and I had to change my account due to fraud. If you ever get this call check out your case#, it is usually your SS#, State, Gender. Duh, really???!!! Anway, I'm still waiting for some one to come over my email address, that he needs me to see. When asking him information about...he starts giving me advice of what I should do, and he said, if he were I, he wouldn't pay it.....REALLY!!!! If that is the case, why are they blowing up my phone leaving, threatening messages, if I really shouldn't do it again. I'm sick of tired of fools like the. If I have the debt, I would like something in writing, something I can fully "investigate" for myself and keep on moving....but, I would never release any addtional information, SS, CC, or bank account informations to these turkeys, for all I know it can be the dope man, and I'm not supporting that!!!!!

I received a similar call as Robin.  The person that called also said he was Albert Oliver.  I told him he had the wrong person.  He was calling for a debt from 2006.  How do I know if he is legit?  I did not release any of my info.

I received a similar call as mtorres, the person that called said her name was veronica dickson, tried to get money for a payback loan in 2006, and i told them wrong person, and they had all my info -  then veronica tranferred me to some guy - who said was her boss, he didnt know why she transferred me to him if there was no payment arrangements made, he told me  i better call her back and that i would be arrested, and hung up ! they had called various times trying to get to some other people in the offfice and it didnt work,

I want you to know that the sherriffs in there town have been notified ! a bunch of scammers !

these peopel tried to call me and give me a list of places they said i owed money to from 2006 saying if i didnt give them 40% right now that i would have 7 different charges filed against me tomorrow morning at 9 a.m.  I told her i would call her back later today.  after researching the names of companies she gave me they do not exist.  I could not find any of the companies names that she gave me on the internet.  She was trying to SCAM me for $2515.00  while i am unemployed. oh yea she couldnt give me the name of the company she worked for.
