- OMG| 1 replyI just received a call from them. They wanted me to re-instate my warranty. I told them no. The rep became rude and belligerant. He called me stupid and told my husband he needed to act like an adult and hold an adult conversation. He called back 2 times after we told him the conversation was over. I have filed a BBB and FCC complaint.

- MP HarperThey called and insisted on payment and were very aggressive over the phone. They call all times of day. I believe that they are not to be trusted because of their forceful tactics. They are a women and man team.

- CathyThey aren't "a man woman team" they are actually one of the larger companies that pesters people to buy extended warranties and I believe that they are based in Maryland....however, their legitimacy is somewhat in question depending upon who you ask and a number of complaints have been filed with the BBB, in fact, if I am not mistaken they are among the top 5 such companies receiving complaints, at least in the St Louis area.

- BrittanyThis man/woman team called me this evening about a vehicle I traded in almost 4 years ago. They said they could either extend my warranty to my new vehicle and asked about vehicle details saying based on the mileage it was at high risk. They became pushy and kept asking me what worked better for me, credit or debit? I kept saying I need to discuss this with my husband and they kept pushing. Click.

- Not a blonde replies to OMGThe company pulls title transfers in attempts to get you to assume you have a warranty with them. Notice they state the year and make BUT no model info
- DLAReceived a call from 877-336-0715. Sales person was trying to get me to extend an auto warranty. When I told them I wasn't interested they became quite rude. Real bull sh*t company. Beware.
- AFGfeel a bit better after reading all these comments. I just hung up the phone, and was so upset, furious, boiling from the arguments with the sales guy! I told him, yes, I know my cars are out of warranty, but I am now trading them in. Within a day or 2 I am done, and will have new cars.
I also explained that I never had any problems with the cars, and never had to use their service. He kept insisting that I renew even if for a couple of days!
I laughed, he started to argue, and was persistent to stay on the call!
I kept saying that I will take my chances for a couple of days.
At the end, I had to yell at him, because while he is cutting me off, he called me rude, for me cutting him off, telling him, politely, that I was not interested!
At that point, polite flew out the door, and I blew up at him, and hung up!
I was going to write the company, HR or VP of sales or something, but seeing, all these comments, and experiences like mine, it is a company policy to be aggressive [***] sales people!
I will make sure though, no matter what new cars I buy now, and the future, to never have an extended warranty that benefits that dumb company!
