What is this call about

These people are [***] artists! they even go so far as to say that they are not a debt collection company. Pay them no mind, nothing will happen to you. I know this because I just got off the phone with one of these losers, and after I had upset him with my barrage of questions, he hung up on me! LOL losers pure and simple.

I just receive a email stating that they will hold my tax return can they do that who are these people any inside will help me

Recieved a recorded message on my cell number from these people. Said I was being sued in Federal Court for not filing my taxes. Tried to call them back and got a voice mailbox that was full. Now that I know they are a debt collector, which is funny since I do not own ayone money, and they probablly dialed the wrong number, I am going to read them the riot act if they call me back.

FEDERAL LAW STATES:

Debt collectors may not harass, use threats of violence or harm; use obscene or profane language; or
repeatedly use the phone to annoy someone.

Debt collectors also are prohibited from saying that:

you will be arrested if you don’t pay your debt; they’ll seize, garnish, attach, or sell your property or wages unless they are permitted by law to take the action and intend to do so; or legal action will be taken against you, if doing so would be illegal or if they don’t intend to take the action; send you anything that looks like an official document from a court or government agency if it  (IE IRS LETTERS).

PEOPLE, DO NOT BELIEVE THE ILLITERATE MARK COLLINS POSTING HIS [***] ON HERE. IF THIS NUMBER CALLS YOU. ASK FOR VERIFICATION UP FRONT- AGAIN, BY LAW THEY HAVE TO PROVIDE IT, it THEY DON'T, then THEY CAN'T- the FIRST OF MANY TELL TALE SIGNS THAT THEY ARE NOT LEGIT.

I  called back the number and got a Mark Collins voice mailbox that was full. I called back again and he answered and put me on hold for a while, I hung up. I only called because I got a voicemail stating that my taxes would be held and it was a recording not even a real person that left that message. The name of the company on that message sounded like insignia something but the number they left was for Allied/Alliance group.

These people called a cell phone listed with the national do not call list and left threating message stating that due to non responce, that a court order has been issued to them to withhold all my income tax returns and garnish wages and just left this number to call back. This is harrassment and a viloation of the national do not call list. These people need to be arrested for fraud.

I know I do not have any business with the Allied Group..I want them shut down I am going to report them on every thing I can
