They keep calling telling me there going to stop at my house to deliver legal documents.

They are a debt collector calling from National Check.  They called me too to say they would be stopping by my employers to serve me papers.  Good luck with that, we have security here up the wassu and they won't allow it.  Plus, I had to file BK a year ago because of this crappy economy so I am protected under the BK laws.

they are now calling my home and stating they are showing up here tomorrow between the hours of 10 and 3.  Go ahead, there is no law stating I have to be here, I have received no formal notification that I am being sued and there is no case with the number they give matching anything in my county, attached to my drivers license number or to my ssn.  IDIOTS

Received a call from someone claiming to be Craig with an unidentified legal agency in an unidentified city regarding an unidentified debt. He left me a message telling me I am going to be served an affadavit on May 18, then gave me a case number and the number 877-350-6050 to call to find out who the "original creditor" is. Sounds like a complete scam, no doubt trying to scare people. I would report his number but it came up as private.
