    OptimumRX a mail order prescription service. As I'm not currently on any prescriptions, I had the real human look up my records to confirm I was a wrong number on their call list and to have my number removed.

    OptumRx called regarding a request to approve injections with my orthopedic surgeon.  They send the meds directly to the office, and it is prescription only.  It is legitimate, at least for me.

    If it is OptumRx, then why would they not allow their name to be displayed on Caller ID? I would answer a call from Optum, but I am not going to waste my time answering calls that display "NOT PROVIDED."
