It's Cox Communications peddeling their wares.  I either hang up or program my phone to send them to ditchmail.  Since we have a Cox account, there's not much we can do about it.

I keep getting a call from 877 358-3041.
How can I get it to stop. No one is at the other end when I answer.

We have gotten numerous calls from this number, but we do not pick up.  If it's Cox; we can probably put a stop to it since we're customers.  Thank you.

I pick it up, but no one answers.  Then they hang up.

I'm tired of them calling, but they never leave a message.  They just hang up, even when I answer the phone.

If you hang up we call back. Tell us you're not interested.

Also, if someone hangs up on you, it's unintentional. Some of the kids here are sitting in "wrap up" after a call too long and aren't able to take calls while they are doing so hence no one being on the other side. People have gotten fired over it.

They're calling because I'm a "valued customer" and trying to get me to subscribe to more [***] service. If I'm so "valued" stop annoying and pissing me off by calling nonstop and hanging up on me. Yet another reason I hate cox but when the other options aren't any better, what can ya do?

Whoever this is keeps calling and will not leave a message.  Who is it?

Got a call from this number--could not understand the message-
Where is it from and what is it about?

Calls periodically. B/c I'd recived a 2 calls w/in 20 minutes from another "800 Service" caller ID, I assumed it was same number and was in f* off mode. I gave them one hello and was met with silence, so I went into my speech of 'whoever this is, take us off you calling list! If I'm called again I'll report you to the FCC". Feel a bit guilty cuz it wasn't the same number, but If you're cold-calling from a default ID, you are gonna get yelled at. I don't think it is Cox, cuz we get calls from 600-8282, which is the local number.

I keep getting calls from them and only got one voicemail. It was a recording telling me that my "installation" was scheduled for the following day and if I don't call back and confirm, then the installer would call and confirm before he arrived. Well, considering I haven't lived in the Cox Communication service area in almost 5 months and have never personally ordered any services from Cox, I didn't call back or get a call the next day from an installer. Now when I get a call, if I answer there's no one on the line. If I don't answer, no voicemail.
