Who is calling from this number

BEWARE!!!!  This is GC Services, a very notorious collector.  There are pending lawsuits against them.

Do not talk to them under any circumstances.  They use illegal means to coerce people into paying very old debt past the statute of limitations, and use intimidation tactics to scare people into paying debts that they do not owe.  SENIORS HAVE BEEN PARTICULARLY TARGETED BY THEIR SCHEMES.

I did a little research about GC financial services.  It took about an hr. but came up with a few names and addresses.  GC financail Services is owned by a company that is incorperated in Delaware.  The name of the Delaware company is DLS Enterprise Inc.  Since DLS enterprise Inc is not a resident of Delaware it used a company called "The Company Corperation" to set up shop in Delaware for them.  I guess this is some part of a way to avoid paying taxes and stuff.  Anyway, I called the Secretary of State for Delaware and they freely gave me the name of the registared owner of the company who makes all of the harassing calls to all of us.  His name is:

I did find an obit with the same name, but I am not sure if it's the same person.  If it's not him, it's his family that is the root of your greif.

Got several wrong number calls from Miss Hague at extension 759879.  She was polite and promised to remove the number from their system

I just received a message from a woman at my parents telephone in another state, and then "Jerry" called again within minutes talking with my father.  My parents are in their 80s and this does not set well with them.  Health issues are very eminant when this happens.  My bills are caught up or paid.  I have within the past few months had to be placed permanently on disability from my job...and these persons calling were requiring about references from me and/or for me.  The number they gave was 877-359-5523, ext. 780400.  I do not appreciate these calls.  Also, no company name was given or reason other than they need me for references.

I got a vm asking me to return the call to 877-359-5523 ext 812413. I called back no answer... This is a scam contact the FCC and file a complain. You got the right one! I have your [***] doing FED TIME!

Message left on my answering machine at 8:59 AM. Asks for me by name. Speaks slowly and carefully except when she says her name, the department she's from, and what she's going to process. Those, she garbles on purpose. She never says what COMPANY she's calling from. Transcript follows.

"[Mumbled softly so I had to strain to hear] This is Mrs. Rgblr, I'm from fnlszn. You need to call me at [this part was louder and CRYSTAL clear, couldn't miss it] 877-359-5523 extension 5459 TODAY. [Back to mumbling] If you do not call me today, I will go ahead and process the rlblmr."

Rgblr = sounded like Reicher or Richard maybe
fnlszn = sounded like it might be "finalization", whatever that is
rlblmr = didn't sound like a word in English. "Order", maybe?

Only found out this was GC Services after googling the number.

"Tia West" from unidentified company calls my parents repeatedly. Won't speak to me.

Got a vm on my WORK extension from Mrs. Hightower at 6:52 pm on 03/21/12. She  did not identify the company name she was with, but gave a callback  # of  877-359-5523 or her direct extension of 928718. Her message asked that I (she said my name) call her back as soon as I could. She made the call sound like it was a company that my company was doing business with. I am not behind in any bills, and to my knowledge, I do not have a credit card with GE as it's financial backer/underwriter. Sounds fishy to me. I called the # and it went to an automated services stating it was imperitive that I speak to someone about my account. Whatever.

Got a call today at my place of employment from a Ken Gilbert stating that he needed to speak with  me and that it was imperative that I returned his call. The number he called from was 201.282.5835, however the call back number was 877.359.5523 X 991110. This sounds like a collection call, however I owe nothing to a GC company or any of its affiliates.

David from GC called my office to speak with "payroll" regarding an "employee verification". My boss called him back and he hung up on her supposedly.

got call today  came in as a Texas number 512-308-3393 stating i am to call 877-359-5523 and ask for Leslie

My mother and her boy friend got calls for me asking that I call back at that number.  No idea why anyone would ever have his number.  I've maybe sent a couple of texts to him in the past, but never used his name for anything.

They called my step-mother who lives in another state, asking for me, under my maiden name (which hasn't been my name in more than 10 years). They asked her if she has a daughter named Jennifer ..... and she said yes. They then claimed to be from DSS or DHS (my step-mother couldn't make out the middle letter, but it was obvious they were claiming to be a government agency). They then provided her with a phone number and said it was vital I return the call. It sounded suspicious, so I googled the number and discovered it appears to be a scam operating as a collection agency by claiming they have (non-existent) debts owed by a person.

This does appear to be a debt collector.  Phone number, 877-359-5523.  Someone named Brandy Morris keeps calling for someone although they have been informed they have a wrong number.  I don't appreciate the harassment.

Ms. Ferguson called me at work; tried to get me to confirm my address. She said she was trying to send me something. Oh really??  When I asked who she was, she sounded evasive, told me her name and did not say what company she was calling on behalf of.  I told her I didn't know anyone by that name and hung up.  She then called my cell and left a message asking me to call her by today (877-359-5523 ext. 1207213).  I STILL don't know who she is  or what she wants. Blocked this number on my cell phone.  I am assuming based on her evasiveness and the comments posted her that they are a shady debt collector,

Same collector calling me this time asking that I call "Tatiana" at 18775523 ext. 1297243.  I am going to block every last number from my phones until they can be honest and upfront about who they are colllectiing  for,

Keep getting calls from a "Ms. Morgan"  Have told them repeatedly they have worng number.  also uses number 877-359-5121
Just block, hang-up or don't answer.

They called my work with only my first name and a weird address I've never heard of or lived at.

They wanted my personal information but wouldn't tell me who they were and what they needed it for and threatened that they could get my information anyway from payroll.

On Feb 26, in the evening,  a Ms. Dottie Weatherspoon called my job.  When she was informed by my co worker that this was a place of employment she said that this was the only number they had for me.  Funny, I don't ever give out my work number.  So Dottie Weatherspoon from 877-359-5523 ext 05092, in case you don't know it is illegal to contact ones place of work.  And your also a liar...I've seen your number on my cell phone.  However, I will not return any phone calls unless I have all your information and know exactly who you are, where you are calling from and what this is in regards too.
