I have been receiving calls from this company for about 2 weeks. If it weren't so annoying, it would be funny. Guy says his name is Mike Crowley and he's a legal courier serving me with papers for a "petty court date" (pretty sure there is no such thing). After getting about 3-4 calls from this idiot threatening to serve me (and of course, never showing up), I laid into him and told him he was full of crap and wouldn't you know, he hung up on me! I called the number he gave and left them a message telling them to stop calling me and that I will be recording any further calls so that I can report them to law enforcement. We shall see what Mr. Crowley decides to do now. lol

What happened? Did he serve you? What exactly did you tell him?

To find out if any legal action (criminal or civil) has been taken against you, go to your county or city courthouse and request such information. Mike Crowley is NOT a legal courier. He is a scammer. When you are served papers on a law suit, a uniformed Sheriff, Constable or uniformed and badged law enforcement officer will serve you without prior notification. Furthermore, what Mike Crowley and his many companies are doing is illegal. You can make a report to the FTC
