Got a call yesterday (reported it) from 702-224-2576 on my cell, in Spanish  hung up in seconds.
Today got a call from 877-367-3078 land line, didn't answer. Can't wait until tomorrow!!!

Fraternal Order of Police. Police don't make these calls. Be careful. Telemarketer or looking for phising information?

Called today all they said was their name was Adam Thompson.

Aug. 13 was from 702-224-2576 on my cell, in Spanish  hung up in seconds.
Aug. 14 from 877-367-3078 land line, didn't answer. Today from 877-367-3076 again and an hour later from  904-370-1800.  They must have given up on me because they asked for my husband who isn't home. This is getting ANNOYING!!!!

I called the number back (877-367-3078) and there was an option to have your number removed from their call list. Maybe you guys can try doing the same. I got the same thing though: NY Fraternal Order of Police- Worth at least trying to get your name removed....

Continually calls w/ no message

I asked the State Police about this scam and they said not to contribute and they don't solicit money from the public.  This is a pure scam and these dirtbags keep most of the money "donated'.  Translated scam.

Phone rings, he asks for my husband - when I ask who is calling he hangs up.  When I call back I get a recorded message -supposedly within 72 hours the Fraternal order of police will remove this number - hope so

Just got a call that caller ID said was from "800 Service" 877-367-3078. I don't think the NYS Fraternal Order Of Police would use that name in their caller ID tag. I didn't answer, but when the answering machine picked up, they asked for me by my first name.

No message left - has called several times.

They are being investigated and sued.. Don't give them $$$$$$$ they have  no connection to your local  Police

I've received a call from this number 877-367-3078. On the caller ID it states: "800 Service". If you receive an unwanted call report it. Example, report this number 877-367-3078 to the National Do Not Call Registry; their number is 1-888-382-1222.

I used to work for the NY FOP fundraising company (we were paid solicitors by a company called CDG management) andI can tell you first hand this place is a complete scam, preying on the weak and the sick.  We were told to make 500+ calls a day and intimidate and basically beg for pledges from these people, and it broke my heart that the only people who would mainly were old and sick people, sometimes giving up a months medication to chip in their yearly 10 dollar donation.  The truth it at most 15% of the donation goes to the FOP lodge, the rest of it lines the crooks pockets who run it.  I heard the president of CDG recently bought himself a 7 million dollar estate with the profits stolen from people who just wanted to do some good.

Another trick is, if you donate to the FOP, about a week or two later they will put you on the PBA and the firemans association call lists, so that they try to get triple the donation from you before they call back asking for more 2-3 months later.  Most of the people who call you are drunks or stoned at the time, one of the managers in my call center was also the main pot dealer for most of the employees.

We were not allowed to put you on the DNC list unless you specifically said "Put me on your do not call list"  Requesting "please take me off your call list" was not good enough, and we would get written up for doing so if you worded it that way.

Poster Snow on here works for CDG and spreads all kinds of lies and disinformation, just look at any other states FOP listing on here and youll see the same copy/pasted reply from him.  I know they shut down our call center aout 1.5 years ago, but it seems they have recently opened up a new one.  If you want to screw with them, tell them you want to make a 250 dollar donation the next time they call, then just throw the pledge kit away when you receive it.  Put the sticker on your car if you want, hell its free anyway.  They are allowed to call you 4 more times to tell you to send in the money, buts its not like its a bill and you dont have to pay anything.  If you dont mind a few more harrassing phone calls, it is worth it to screw them over and make their "sales" numbers way overinflated vs their actual collections, and will lead to them being shut down again.

Feel free to ask more questions and I will gladly answer them, I know the company pretty well being a former manager there myself.  And please copy/paste this to any other FOP listings that you see on this site, the compnay is a f***ing scam and the owners will burn in hell for their thieving ways and total disregard for the financial damage they have done to those who donate even though they cant afford it only because they were intimidated into donating.
