- Andrea| 2 repliesReceived a missed call, called the number back and it's Hello Fresh checking on customer satisfaction.
- Caller: Hello Fresh
- jackson replies to AndreaThanks Andrea! That makes sense since I recently cancelled with them. What doesn't make sense is that they don't say anything when you I hello.
- Rebecca replies to AndreaGood to know. I also recently cancelled with them.
- Sk| 1 replyAlso recently canceled service with them and after telling them i cannot talk during work hours they continue to call midday.
- Caller: Hello fresh
- ACCalled asking for a survey after cancelling with them

- dSaid they was Hello Fresh and wanted to talk about why I cancelled. Also asked for information on reactivating my account so I have my suspicions... Came off rude and urgent like a scam.

- CrawleyHellow Fresh customer survey after canceling. Already completed that survey once, but they insist on calling again and again. Your chicken was bad (not cooled) and one of the potatoes was obviously rotten. If you want me to spread the survey around the rest of the web, keep calling!

- NancyHello Fresh calling for the second time to see why I cancelled. Annoying, as I told them the first time they called to remove my number !
- Caller: Hello Fresh
- WICPAI agree that the caller is likely Hello Fresh as I also recently cancelled with them (as at least one other person mentions in an earlier thread). I didn't answer the call and they didn't leave a vm. I had used a discount to receive my first order. The quality of the ingredients and variety of meals was good so I allowed a second order to ship but then I cancelled because I live alone and the number of meals even in the small package is too big for me. I'm really glad I did for at least two reasons: 1) I have certain dietary restrictions including being allergic to gluten and Hello Fresh's workaround is that I remove the offending ingredients and replace them with my own and 2) The second shipment included pasta in EVERY meal that they sent. The suggest that a single person prepare each meal and have the leftovers for lunch. So I'm supposed to have pasta for 8 out of 12 meals?? That can't be good for anyone but I think essentially asking me to pay for my meals twice due to my gluten restriction is absurd.
- Caller: Hello Fresh (probably)
- LeahRecently cancelled Hello Fresh so the above makes sense. What is annoying is that I filled out their survey online and when they called me last and I looked up the number and found it was them, I blocked the number....so now another number is calling. Ugh, I don't want your product!

- DeePicked up and no one was there
- EmHello Fresh trying to do a customer satisfaction survey, apparently. Called and I asked for them to call after to 5 since I was at work and could not talk. Received a call the next day at 1:00 pm... didn't answer because they couldn't follow directions. Now, a couple weeks later, received a call again at 2:30 pm. Annoying. I cancelled with them because their product was not delivered on time!

- Hannah R replies to SkThe exact same thing happened to me. They called me 5 times today back to back with no voicemail after I told them REPEATEDLY I cannot answer their calls during tuis time
- RBMSI also cancelled with them, they still took my money after I cancelled and now they want a survey...up your Hello not so Fresh!!
- Former userI recently cancelled my service and they were calling to try to reactivate it. I liked the service but I had to repeat meals because I live solo.

- AshtonGlad I looked this up. I think Hello Fresh is potentially a good service (I know others who like it). I enjoyed their recipes but after multiple delayed deliveries resulting in meat that was lukewarm/cold, vegetables not so fresh, it proved to be more of a hassle than a convenience. UPS is mostly to blame for this, but again, not worth the hassle.
Anyway, they should at least leave a voicemail so as to appear more legit. Guess I'll just block the #.- Caller: Hello Fresh

- Labbie1Hello Fresh. I blocked them. I accidentally ended up with one of their boxes because I wanted to see what type of meals they offered but the only way to see their meals was to create an account which I did and then cancelled immediately when I saw that I didn't see 3 meals that we would enjoy--especially the side dishes which weren't a food profile that we would enjoy. Lo and behold! A box arrived the next week with 3 meals in it for us to try (and they charged our card 50% of the cost of course!). We disliked the sides and didn't eat them so it was pretty pricey for just a meat! I answered their "survey" yet they keep calling! Sheesh! Irritating!
