I dont know who these people are but they keep calling my phone leaving garbled half messages, and I cant all back

Some fool from this # keeps calling asking for someone I have never heard of. When I tell them I have no clue who it is, they repeat my phone number, and act all rude. Sometimes I get a second call only minutes later. When I ask who is calling they won't say. Calling number back just gets a busy signal, or non-stop ring, and no answer.

Debt Collection company

Someone from this number calls my employer almost daily. When I answer, they have always hung up (I'm the receptionist). Today when they called, I picked up the receiver and began punching numbers at random. Then I listened, and a timid voice came on the line. He requested a co-worker by name, but had her first name wrong.

The caller is NCO Financial Systems, a shady debt collection agency. You can find more about their illegal practices here:

They called about my neighbor's debt....how rude!   Not getting involved in that and definately reporting them.
