me too, called my school secretary, also in Texas

The number was from a student travel company which is pushing their trips - and I do mean PUSHING.  I would not use the company which called me due to their sales tactics.

I also just got the message from "Kim Vance" to call back 877-376-8511.  Called it back and found that the company is called World Strides, an "outstanding educational travel company". I hung up once I heard that.

Got a message at school to call Delores Finnegan. I get a few of these a year.

I have had 3 different people - Skyler Hunter, Chris Sims and some Charlotte girl all calling telling me to call at this number or at home - they all live together 313-658-9970!

Same as above. They make the message sound urgent, possibly like a concerned parent so that you will be tricked into calling back. Unprofessional and shady.

This call went through our administrative assistants at our school and wanted me to her, Sean Robinson, back today at that number, or to call her back tonight at her home number, 313-658-8970.

This lady, Jen O'Brien keeps calling asking for teachers - wanting them to call her back, even at home! She called the other day and left a voicemail asking for one of our teachers who passed away 5 years ago

Jenny O'Brian is now calling Southwest Michigan schools as well. Very persistent, very unprofessional.
