It's IRecovery.  Debt Collector.

About 1 hour ago there was a message from "Mrs. Mohamed" who needed to contact me on an important matter that "just came up"  Needless to say, I am not returning the call.

We got a call from a James Culver saying he needed to talk to my husband and to stop avoiding his calls.  There were no other calls.  And to call back or he would have to "make a decision" on my husband's behalf.  The caller did not state who he was representing or what the call was regarding.

received very rude voicemail stating i need to call back. contacted back, debt collector. the alleged debt was for an account i havent had in almost 10 years and has been cleared. the reps are very rude, threatening, and nasty. told them they could take it up with the bank and to never call me again.

Same as above, wasn't even for me but message was very [***].

For the past month I have been receiving harrassing phone calls from 877-365-0306 and 877-383-0433 the woman that calls and leaves messages is Sasha/Miss Jones.  I have returned her call several times to inform her that she has the wrong number.  The company will not tell me their name so, I researched the phone numbers and found this:

This company is under Lawsuit with Colorado Attorney General John Suthers, the Better Business Bureau has this company listed as a Grade Level F

I have spoke with the Dept of Finance Boise Idaho, Federal Trade Commission, and my local Attorney Generals Office.  I will be today sending this company a certified letter explaining who I am and giving them my name and phone number along with a DEMAND FOR STOP HARRASSING/PHONE CALLS.

I suggest that if this company contacts any persons that they do as I have done with the certified letter and If the company continues to call or harrass contact your local Dept. of Finance supply them with a copy of your certified letter, and a journal of all contacts from this company.

Thanks for posting all the information, Parmalady.  I pretty much assumed that this was some sort of illegal/unlicensd debt collector.  When a company has so many AKAs and phone numbers, it is difficult to beleive anything they would have to say.  Unless someone sends proof or validation of the debt, I will not give any information

The phone calls are just to scam you.  I have been over seas for 2 years and just got back.  I don't have any unpaid bills.  This crap has to stop.  I'm going to my chain of command and to legal office.  How is it so difficult to just get a real job and stop trying to get a free hand out.  People are not stupid.  I bet we would all like to have your personal phone number so you can get phone calls all day and night for nothing at all but, a something just came up and you need you not to call back.  just hang up and we will call you in a min.

These people have called me for over a year. I do not have an outstanding balance with Sprint (as they say), I've told them I know it's a scam and to quit calling me and I was told by "Miss Anita" that she will make sure they call me every day. Same with the "supervisor" I spoke to. They are rude, disgusting people. I have several messages from the same man using different names, the same woman using different names, it's ridiculous. Do not send them any money. It is not legit.

These people keep calling me & leaving several different #'s. The latest has been Ms Mohammad from 877-383-0433 x 1906.  Looking for a Shawnette Garrett.  I've had my # for 8 1/2 years & nobody in my family has either of these names.
When I called back & asked for x 1906, I was asked if I was Shawnette, (this was w/o putting me thru - which I don't care about; but obviously the ext doesn't matter).  I told the leech, "No. We know no one by this name & are on the "do not call" registry." She tells me that it doesn't apply to them!  I told her that it did if I've never done business w/ them & to quit calling.
I think the BBB is a good idea too.  I will report them.  But, I don't feel like it's worth my time to write a certified letter. I wasted enough just calling these bozos back.  WTF?!?!?

left a message, gave a name of mr williams, sounding quite threatening, looking for the wrong person(no one here by that name) says to call back at ext 1916 regarding an urgent matter that needs to be settled

Anyone getting calls from this number and dont want them write a cease and desist letter to the company. By law they have to remove your number. I have been a debt collecter for the past 10 years.

These people keep calling for my ex-husband whom I have been divorced from for 12 years. We never shared my current phone number or address. The calls state that he must call today as an urgent matter has come across their desk and if he does not call today then they will be forced to make a decision for him.

I have reported this number to the Do Not Call Registry which I have been on for years and now I will file a complaint with the BBB.

Got a call from 1-877-383-0433. Apparently this number is not legit.  Why doesn't someone do something about it!?!

Unsolicitied call asking for wrong person repeatedly. Called and requested they stop.

Got a call from a Mr. Wilson, who upon receiving the call informed me that he would continue to call and that there was nothing I could do to stop the phone calls.  I informed him that he was calling for a person that didn't live at this house...he was rude and said the calls would not stop.  PLEASE DO NOT CALL THEM BACK - THEY ARE RUDE AND TOTAL JERKS!!!!!!!

Someone called from this number, said it was important that I call Emma Reed gave some phone number, said it so fast do not know if it was this number or not. Not only was I not ready to recieve a phone number, I did not know if I wanted to call it back, so I went to the caller id and 877-383-0433 was the number.  Who are they and what do they want?
