You may have an unpaid bill from Kaiser Permanente

Billing Dept.

Called me and said they were Kaiser Permanente. left a message to call back. Called and was put on hold. Called Kaiser with the number on my card and they said it must have been a scam because they have no record of that number in their  records. It was not Kaiser. If they call do not give your ID number to them or any information. IT IS A SACAM!!!!

Received that call also. Stating they from Kaiser and to call back.

Went to voicemail. Recording did not identify themselves/their company, but asked me to call them back because they needed to talk to me about membership number #####. It was not my membership number with Kaiser or any company. Other people are saying the caller identified themselves as being from Kaiser, but they didn't on my call. Has to be a scam

Recording said they were Kaiser, and I didn't catch the member number.  Called Kaiser using the member services number given on the membership card, and they said they have no record of that number.  And the service rep called the number, and got no one.  He also stated that the initial recording identified itself as "Patient financial services department".  He said they would id themselves as Kaiser right away.  I called, got the same recording, and the human who finally answered id'd themselves as Kaiser.  When I told them the Kaiser I called has no record of their number "we're another part of Kaiser".  I hung up.  A scam to get ID number for what ever reason.  And it since it didn't say "Kaiser" on the initial recording, it may be to used to scam other health care plans.

Scam call acting as collectors of Kaiser Permanente

They are active again.  this is Feb. 2017.   check your online account billing account number and the number on  your card if they give you a number for an account (a number was left in the message.  I'd still call the Kaiser number on your card even if they have the correct acct. #

It is definitely Kaiser billing.  I talked to them this morning!
