i got a call and they said they were collecting a debt from 5/3 bank.

We got a message from this phone #.The woman who left the message sounded threatening & had anger in her voice. Ext. 1025 Julie or Julia was her name

These idiots call @ 2100 hours. I will report them to the Attorney General of Colorado.

2rd  call from this number.. could not understand the person. they whee toobusy stuffing their face while pretending to be from a LAW FIRM.. really..reported to the FCC and the COLO. STATE ATT, GENRALS OFFICE.. AND THE FBI..

Got a call from this law firm saying he owes a debt from a bank after he closed the account with them over 4 years ago.  Somehow knew the last 4 digits of his social.  Did NOT tell him the rest.  Told him that if it was a legit debt, then we want something notorized in writing either in e-mail or snail mail.  Been checking the e-mail and mail for a couple of days, still nothing, then tonight another phone call.  This person sounds like an african american male calling himself Preston Super??  He left a message asking if we got the e-mail they sent and left the 877 396 5046 number to call him back.  Well, here's where it gets interesting...the dumbass must have thougth he hung up the phone because he continued to babble on to himself incoherently at first then slurring obscenities into the phone remarking about how "this is [***] and they have 48 hours" before finally hanging up.  SCAM!!!  Don't give these people any information about yourself!!

Got called three x. different people left three diferent extentions called back each one and no one was available. I pressed the button to talk to the next available opperator she came on and told me Timothy had my account, and that he would call me back. Would I please confirm my last 4. They actually had it correct. I told them that there were other ways of confirming who I was, and I would not give or acknowledge my last four over the phone. What ever happened to a certified letter. Sure miss the old days. Dont give that info out to anyone over the phone

I just receive this phone call today 877-395-5046 and the guy name Duayne told me that I owed his law firm some $2860.00 from my bank.  He asked me to give my last 4 SSN , but I asked him why don't you give me my number and i will tell you it is mine or not.  He won't give it to me and said that it's against the law.  I call my bank and they said that i didn't own them anything and it is a scam.  So watch out, don't give out any of your information

My stepfather, who I have not lived with in 6 years, told me he got an important sounding call from a "Caleb" at this number on his and my mom's home phone, which they only got a couple years ago after they moved across town.  I have never received any kind of call, email, mail, etc. from this "company".  I found a very flimsy website under their name, but not one other legitimate entry on the entire internet, just a lot of people with the same story as me and the above commenters.

Got a call tonight asking for my deceased father in law, then requesting we send a copy of the death certificate so they could "close out their file" but wouldn't give us any information.  Definitely shady...

Luckhart and associates called me 4 times in the past week.. Rashard ext 1039 said i owe 484.19 to them.. b/c of a past back i used 6 yrs ago.. plz make sure if you get a call from these ppl not to give any info and to let FTC and BBB about this. ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A member of my family received a call from this Luke hart & Associates today. Stating she owed about $700.00 from a bank back in 2007. I tried to call the phone number 800-855-606-3375 back and sometimes I cannot get through as a msg states the phone is having difficulties getting through...ummm I thought. I decided to go online and research this so called "attorney" out and read soooo many complaints of this being a scam.
I told my family member that a bank will not pay a merchant if there is no funds in the account. So, why would you even owe anything? they saw this bank is charging 18% a day! I told my family member this is a complete SCAM. I have now blocked my number and if I ever get a call at my home from them, I will tell them I am taking this to my local news and to the national news media, the attorney general and so on. They had better not call my home again from a different number!!!!

I got the same number of 8556063375.  I wondered why someone from colorado was calling me? Especailly an attorney.  Thanks for posting this, makes me feel at ease now.

I received an official-looking letter postmarked from Las Vegas, Nevada, yet the return address is Westminster, CO. Ignore these people. They are total rip-off artists and I am reporting them to Consumer Law Center. They have had different names in the past, but the best name of all for them is SCAM.

this law firm called and is harrassing about debt long ago.  I live in Nevada and they said they will have papers served at my work.  they sent a notification and I responded w/in 30 days as stated and they said they will order and provide info from orig creditor in court.  initial call they wanted payment or payment plan; I offered as much as I could afford via money order and they said they would not take money order.  Is this legit?  I don't think so.
