They told me they were checking job references of a neighbor

Caller ID showed 1-877-402-0886.
They called really early this morning, before 7am and did not leave a message.

Got a call from this number and the woman said they were calling from USPS. They had a package for my husband and needed me to give them the name of his workplace to confirm delivery.

Called me this morning at my place of business looking for information on a customer.

Did they ever sent him the gift? Did they get ahold of his credit and ruin it? They called me saying they were from macy's with a gift that someone purchased online.  Since I just got married it was a possibility of a wedding gift. I told them where I work.  That was the hint question or something like that.  But they already knew my address and name....

I got a call saying they have a package for me and wondering what time I'll be home so they can deliver it. They had my address and my and my brothers phone numbers.

They've called me twice today and didn't leave a message.

My husband received a call this morning saying they were trying to deliver a package and wanted to know if he would be home at 2:30 this afternoon for them to deliver it.  I then received a call on my cell phone from someone trying to confirm our address...funny thing is the number on my caller id was my husband's phone number.  When I called the number back, it went to my husband's phone.  They had also somehow gotten ahold of my parents phone number, who they called trying to confirm our phone number/address.  Very creapy...

They are called skip tracers! They are trying to find out infomation for a credit collection agency.
