Sounded like a scam to me.  Said they were calling about an account I had opened.  When spelling my confirmation number they said "k" "as in cake".  Stupid dumb [***].

Caller said they were calling to confirm an Office Depot account that was opened.  Did not have the right company name for our business.  Then later in the call said it was about a Staples account.

Caller sounded nervous and like she was reading or re-reading a script.

We believe its a scam to steal office supply accounts.

Caller said it was in reference to activity on my blah blah blah account and to use reference number whatever to verify my purchases. enjoy jail [***].

I got a call from a guy saying they were from Office Depot and calling in regards to a fraudulent seeming charge made on a card recently taken out in my name from Citibank.  They gave me this # to call as Citibank's fraud department.  Guy said his name was Mitch Doline.  I instead called Citibank directly (the # on my card) and they had no idea what I was talking about.

I just called these little [***] and I am having the number and the call traced through the FBI on Number Grid Lockdown. Doesn't matter if this is a cell # or land line......the Fed's are tracking the [***] down.

Caller left a voicemail stating they were calling from Office Depot regarding an credit application and needed to verify my social security number.

They claimed they were the fraud department for Office Depot and citi bank and they needed my info to cancel the
card. While on the phone with them I contacted both citi bank and Office Depots fraud department both of them had never heard of this telephone number. these people are scam artists and still denied it after calling them out. I hope these people rot in hell for eternity. Fortunately I refused to give any information to them please don't give any info about yourself to anyone over the phone unless you call the number and are confident that it's the real company. I truly hope that they get hit by a bus on there way home and have to bed ridden for years and the only phone calls they get are from other scammers. Peace out.

caller reported a possible $19.97 Gold Card Reward Club "fraud charge" on my account and wanted my  3 NUMBER SECURITY CODE to verify

rcvd vm from 210-677-1346 and said to call this 877-406-5657 stating there was activity on my American Airlines account. states the only way to access the account is for me to give them my social security number or phone number. Had no clue what I was talking about. didn't even have my phone number in the system.  They state this was Citibank

Got a call from a Florida number telling me to call this number back because someone had tried to open an account with Tractor Supply in my name. Before calling, I googled the number and found several similar scams tied to the number.

I received hard copy mail, telling me they ("Brand Source" "Citibank Early Warning") had been unable to reach me by phone (my outgoing message says I call screen and leave a message or don't expect to get through). And there was a possibly fraudulent application for an account and to call the 8774065657 number. Smelled like a scam.

i just received a call today from tsc they gave me a reference number to call.. I looked this number up on goggle and read all these comments. i was suspicious when they had to look up their own number.
