This number is attached to the billing department at Card Services.  This company promised to reduce my interest rates.  They asked that I sign an online promissory note through Educare.  The promised call backs from their employees did not happen.  No interest rates were lowered.  I changed all of my account information and spoke to every company.  Then, I contacted the police, the FTC, Credit Reporting Agencies, and Lifelock.  Now I am getting calls from many different numbers saying that I will be reported to a collection agency.  The services promised were not delivered.  They told me that they would not take payment other than through a checking account number and routing number.
