Calls asking for my SISTER, does not want to say why he's calling. Will not stop calling unless I give him my sister's number. His name is Sean Black.

I believe this number is from either Citicard or Credit One Bank. I don't have an account for either of these banks, and yet I'm called at both my home and cell phone once every hour by someone named Christopher; twice I have answered and yelled at the receiver to 'stop calling me'.

Someone by the name of Eugene Walker has been calling my relatives from this number and asking them to tell me to give him a call back. And he won't say what company he is with or where he is calling from. Number comes up as "No caller ID".
