Cox Comm. Guess i should pay my bill

Their voice system says it's Cox Communications? However I don't even have Cox; this number is a spam. They keep on calling me and leaving me voicemails too which is frustrating.

The message said they're from "Cox Communications" and it's "urgent" that they talk to me but Caller ID says "800 Service."  I called back after I got a few of these calls and only gave a lady info she already had (phone, name probably).  She asked for address and I gave her street # only.  She said not enough.  I asked why she called.  She said she couldn't tell me until I gave her the info she wants.  I asked what else was she going to want to know and she said the last 4 digits of my social or a secret question answer or a third thing which I forgot.  I said no way is she getting that info and I asked her who she's really working for.  She said Cox.  I told her to mail me whatever she supposedly has to say and called her a lying c-word.  I'm sure Cox Comm. knows they're being used in some scam but knowing how they run Cox Cable I suspect they haven't done anything about it except maybe ask the scammers if they want to add HBO.
