When I receive call from strange area code numbers, I switch to fax machine. And, it just beep! beep! beep!.

They have called repeatedly. At first, I told them I was not interested in their servic. Then I told them to take me off their call list. Now I'm telling them I am going to report them for harassment. The number they call is my business line, and it is annoying to have them continually calling. I get at least 1 call a day from these people. Who would buy anything they are selling, anyway?

Someone called today, 12-15-10 and in a foreign (to the U.S.) asked me a lot of verification questions regarding my business saying it was for internet info. I verified the address and phone number, then he told me something from the accounting department would be sending me something. When I said, Whoa!, what do you mean accounting department? He flat out said [***] you. I said excuse me? He repeated, [***] you! and hung up.
He said the business name was e-bridge and 877-442-0144 is the number on my caller I.D.
When I tried to return the call a message came on saying, all circuits are busy.
Any suggestions?

Hey Julie,
They have been calling here all day and hanging up when we answer.  I finally hit the redial button, they said they were from ebridge. (what ever the hell that is.)  I asked her what it was going to take to get my number out of her data base.  She promised after 72 hours I would get no more calls.
So we'll see.

EBRIDGE has called me 6 times in the past hour.

First phone call: Them: We want to verify your address.
ME: No. I'm not interested.
Them: Can I speak with the owner?
ME: I am the owner. I'm not interested
Them: Were not trying to sell anything were completely free.
Me: CLICK

Second phone call: Them: is this the owner?
Me: yes.
Them: can you verify you information?
Me: NO
Them: Can you verify your information?
Me: I cant understand your accent
Them: Can you verify..
Me: CLICK

Third, Fourth, and Fifth... same phone call.

Sixth Phone Call: Them: Can I speak with the owner?
ME: NO STOP CALLING ME
Them: I don't understand, can you verify your information?
Me: (I'm yelling now) If you do not take me off your call list I will go after you for harrassment. Do I make myself clear?
Them: Yes, sorry.
Me: I'm not the least bit interested in your scam so just leave me alone!
Them: okay have a nice day.

I'm giving it one hour before they call again!
