Repeated calls up to 10x a day...very annoying, phone company says there is nothing they can do about it - Good old AT&T

A female recorded message on my voicemail saying to call The Dacar Group or Tacker???? who knows. They said to call regarding a file they have. what is the deal. I get these calls daily but I do not answer.

I get them too. Its been daily for the past 2 weeks.

When the female called today, I went off on her.  She folded under the pressure and said she was working for Reed Business Info Systems.  Went to their page reedbusiness.com, this def could be the culprit.

I tried to trace the ip of the website back but I don't have the  computer skill set to accomplish it.

Can anyone find this info out????

I received a call from this number - it was from an overseas call center used by Reed Publishing. They are persistant difficult to understand and very annoying!

Just received a call from them - when I answered all I got was very loud jazz music!  I waited a little bit, but when no one actually got on, I hung up.

I have received numerous calls asking for my daughter, who doesn't live here and doesn't receive phone calls at my number.  They gave me the number 877-466-5701 to have her call them.  She did and asked them to stop calling my home land line, as it doesn't reach her.  They told her thay had removed my phone number from their list.  I got another call, the next day, asking for her and the guy hung up on me when I asked "who is this?"  What's going on that these people can call and annoy, especially since I'm on the Nation do not call list?  The phone # given to me when I said I would have her call them was 877-466-5701.Anyone know anything?  When I tried to find out more about the number, there was no listing.

I got the same call from a recording saying that i needed to call regarding a file and that if i did not call back, a ruling would be made without my input. WTF? I don't know who they are, but they call ALL the time...very annoying!!!!

Theyhave been calling me for over 3 months now and make is sound so urgent. It is getting to be extremely annoying.

I keep getting a call - "...This is the Taccar Group calling.  We have made numerous attempts to contact you - etc.  "  It is a male voice, very serious, as if there is some dire reason I have to return his call.  He leaves a different phone callback, however, from your 877 - I delete it every time, but will be sure to send inthe 800 number he leaves for anyone who may have received this annoyment also.

BTW - due to his pronunciation - Tac-CAR I'm sure it is not Tacker.

Hi ALL - I got what appears to be a new number today - the caller, the same male fairly deep voice called me,, after a short hiatus of maybe a week, and in a very "official" voice said "they" were surprised I hadn't gotten back to them, told me to call 800-620-0371.  This son of a [***] has called me now for almost a year, sometimes two, three times a week.

NOTE:  I have decoded one of his tricks - you all may know about it, but in case you don't:
He will call, and when I don't pick up, the ans machine gets his damn message.  Then in almost exactly three minutes, he calls again, and upon getting my ans machine, he hangs up.  His thinking is obvious:  he probably is operating on the assumption that since he just tried me, I will think the NEXT call is a family member, and will go ahead and pick up.  I don't.

And btw i am sure he is saying TAC-CAR, NOT TACKER, OR DACKER, ETC.

I received many calls of demand of a return call from 8006200371 - claiming to be Takhar group. I have no association with this company and they are infringing on my rights.

I just received a message that stated 'this  is the taccar group of companies, and we EXPECT the DECENCY of a return call!...'
 I was soo amused at her,  I almost want to call back,,,,but I can see, even people who Haved called back don' know what is going o n,  it amuses me that people actually spend money JUST to ANNOY people, and make it sound like WE are being RUDE to them.

I've been getting the same calls and I was gonna call back but what annoys me is "we expect the decency of a return call" - if you state your business maybe I would return your call.

I just received a call from the Dackar or whatever they are.  It was a recording and stated it was "imperative the call be returned to 1-800-620-0371."  I called back more out of boredom.  They asked for my father and of course I responded that person hasn't lived here in nearly two decades.  The woman stated my number would be removed from there system.  Whatever happened to the Do Not Call Registry?????

they are now using a different number the new number is 866-441-5558.  same message we have very important papers and/or information that requires a call back from you.... and they are now asking that if you don't call back contact them on their website at www.tackRgroup.com however when you go to the website it can not be located.... please let me know if anyone finds anything else out.....

The. Takhar group  is a collection agency for financial institutions. Just google it.

Harassment pure and simple. LEAVE ME ALONE!
