- rdakIt's some idiot selling high dollar, risky health insurance. I wouldn't give em the time of day. If they are having to call to sell something, they are a scam.
- AdamDo NOT give these people any information or do business with them. They will harass you endlessly. I wish I knew what the name of the "company" is so that I could file a complaint.

- Just a GuyI've been getting up to six calls a day from these folks for the past week. This morning, after they called in the middle of my morning coffee, I called them back and spoke with a representative. I asked to be placed on their internal do-not-call list and they promised me they would do so immediately. Give it a try, they were very polite, no hassles or attempts to keep me on the line or get information they didn't already have.

- Jip Jip| 1 replyThe above link only takes you to a company who sells telecommunication "3rd party resources and models". Their clients are the ones who are calling us as they (an enigmatic supplementary health insurance company or companies), are just a purchaser of a product that "Alliance Group Services" sells to aid them in making a disorderly amount of telephone intrusions. Here's the loophole that allows them to get away with it. Technically a singular company can legally call you 3 x per week. Take one company and "re-llc" it 5 times, and that means that each separate company (typical umbrella corp structure) can make 3 calls. 5 companies x 3 calls each per week = 15 calls per week is within +/- 2 calls I have been averaging.
For the most part it's a sweatbox of telemarketers operating under different company guises, yet sitting right next to another "usually false competitor company" a cubicle away, sits the guy who called you yesterday from Heath Badgers Health Group (name made up), offering the almost exact same deal.
Bottom line: Alliance Group Services only a tool. By law they do not have to release their sleazy customer base. That will take a little more info and trickery, but by playing into their game, I have managed to get my number removed from all but one company I think (until they create a new one anyway).
Have fun with it, answer their calls and just get weird with them. Real weird. They'll stop after a while. My choice weapon is: "You do realize you've just called a competitor and relayed about 75% of your business tactics. Thanks!" Then quickly hang up.- Caller: Insert Generic Health Company Name HERE
