Trying to find out who this is.  Calling saying I have a bad check and they are going to proceed with criminal action.  Never heard of the company before where the bad check is supposed to be.  Never had a bad check before.

Yes I got a call from this number a guy calling himself Logan, and he's saying that he's calling to collect money for a collection agency for a bad check please if you have some information contact me through my email lvyoung.1979@yahoo.com

Got a call from a person claiming to be "case investigator Tyson" who then goes on to state I have 4 very serious allegations regarding my social security number  please call me within 24 hours or I will proceed with the execution of the file  for your appearance in the county of jurisdiction.

They are trying to act like police investigators when actually they are part of check management services"bill collectors"

Got a call "Private" last night in reference to my brother-in-law saying that i had been named as a reference...blah...blah.  It's funny because my brother-in-law doesn't even know the number they called me on.  Call went on to say he was some "Chief Investigator" and the I needed to call him back or that my brother-in-law would have to get an attorney.  I think its all BS but not sure what this is all about.  May or may not be a debt collector using a very "shady" means of trying to get there money.  Even if he is legit he isn't getting a damn thing from me...

I got a call today from this company and the person claimed to be an Investigaor named Wilson stating that there were 4 pending charges against me and they were very serious and I need to contact within 24 hours or there was nothing she could do to stop it.

Yes they called my brothers home and my crazy sister in law actually gave them my phone number.  I don't even know how they got my brother's number.  I knew it was some crazy fraud because they called me by my maiden name which I have not used in years.

These people called and scared my mother. Acting like they were police investigators and if they did not get a call back from my husband they would proceed with legal action. I contacted them and the guy answered the phone "Morgan". No name of the company, no this is Investigator Morgan, nothing. Unprofessional. Then when I inquired about what it was they were calling about, he proceeded to tell me that my husband had committed bank fraud and theft of services and if he did not pay his debt they would press criminal charges. Blah blah blah. He said "we have his social on file, will you verify it for me". Um....I don't think so. I hung up. If they are a debt collection company, they are breaking the law, by not telling me the name of the company, by not going through the whole thing about "this is an attempt to collect a debt anything that is obtained will be used for that purpose". Scammers.

I received the same investigator "Tyson" with the same written script. If I don't call them back they are going to pursue legal action in 24 hours, listing the county, blah, blah. Okay this is too funny because about a year ago I got the same calls from the same lady but she had a different name. If it is a check collection service this is weird cuz I don't write checks and haven't in years.

Same as everyone else. 24 hours to respond... blah blah blah. I don't write checks. So they can kiss my ...

I do not answer calls on my cell phone except from known callers. Get a Google Voice number (they're free) and give it out for any dealings with those that do not need to be in your business,
